Who has ever heard of a Subway who doesn't accept Subway coupons? Had a coupon for $6.99 footlong and got to the cash register and found out the coupon is no good and was charged $12.99. I should have just told them to keep it and walked out. I'll never go to that Broad St location again. What a joke. Once again I should have looked at the reviews. Then I find out Subway customer support is joke.

Worst subway and or.sub I've ever had..had a meatball sub and Philly cheesesteak delivered and both were disappointing, the subs were soggy and Philly cheesesteak was not!! Cheese steak or even imitation, and veggies tasted like they were left out and then refrigerated the next day..I'm not one to complain about fast food cause you get what you pair for and order but this was terrible..do yourself a favor and drive to a completely different subway if that's what you want. Who ever runs this particular franchise store either needs to get in there themselves and make it right or shut this store down..

I asked for turkey breast on my sub and I got grilled chicken. I didn’t correct her because I didn’t want to be wasteful. The lady making my sub didn’t even both to ask if I wanted it toasted before she put it in the oven. It’s ridiculous how much they charge for adding a couple slices of pepperoni. It’s $4.00, seriously?

The rude, spaced out, and frankly gross ghetto woman who claims to be a manager should not be working in a setting where she deals with the public. She always seems like she does not want to be there and acts like a bully. The other manager is lazy and is barely ever up front. Always out of ingredients and whole items all together. The employees, including management, will either return from restroom or outdoor smoke breaks without washing their hands before touching food. After the way that the woman, if you could call her that, spoke to me I will not return, I have been a regular for quite some time as I am a hospital employee and I hear from coworkers how terrible their experiences with this subway location are. The restrooms are always absolutely disgusting and drinks are never stocked, as an employee tried to hand me a warm soda from the back and the manager woman made rude and taunting comments when I did not want it due to it being warm and I could go next door to get a cold one for half of the price. Never again, I hope that this location is shut down. Not worth the price because you never get what you pay for and they always are out of things, including bread choices at times. Terrible service, horrible quality, disgusting people. There are more subway locations closer to this one and I'd recommend going to one of the other ones if you want to get what you pay for and be served by more professional people with better social skills who actually want to work.
Wasnt very friendly or customer service oriented They had no idea we was in the building for 2 to 3 mins music was very loud I couldn't get the fresher vegetables when ask and was told they wasn't waiting on me for that the other young lady when she noticed immediately came from the backroom saying they was closed they didn't have wheat bread which the did and mumbled the whole time about they was closed and cleaning I was ask to leave because of this and all we wanted was freash veggies. Never coming back

We ordered through DoorDash 4/25/24 at 630pm. We were told they were out of steak, bread, onions, and the chocolate chip cookies we ordered. The lady I spoke with on the phone had a HORRIBLE attitude. Clearly they’re too lazy to make more food. My order ended up getting cancelled due to their laziness and rudeness. Will NEVER order from this location again.

My fiancée and I stopped in this evening to pick up an order we placed for the family. We were informed when we got in that they were out of several ingredients. But that didn't stop the 2 employees from making our order to the best of their abilities. Food was still amazing. They were nice about everything. At the end of the day, it's a sandwich, it's not serious enough to get super upset over.
