I truly wished I would have taken my receipt for this transaction. There was a young male and female in shift. The male was polite and professional. But the female worked very hard at being rude. She had difficulty hearing me and made a loud "huh" sound. I told her I wanted the bread with cheese and she snapped at me. Then I requested no onions and she said, "they're down there". And on top of all that she switched my sandwich with another customer and I did not say anything. I did not want to deal with her attitude anymore because I was hungry.

I recently visited this Subway and had a great experience that deserves some recognition. The staff was friendly, my sandwich was made exactly how I requested, and the ingredients were fresh. I know this location has received some negative reviews, but I want to remind everyone that respect goes both ways.
As customers, we have a role to play in creating a positive environment. The team here is working hard, often under pressure, to provide a good service, and a little patience and kindness can go a long way. My experience was pleasant because I approached the situation with understanding, and I believe that made all the difference.
If we treat each other with respect, we’re more likely to have a satisfying visit. Let's support the staff by showing them the courtesy they deserve, and I think we'll all enjoy a better experience at this Subway.

Taz had the worst attitude, get mad eveytime someone walk through that door. I just had to ask her if I did something wrong. Just look pissed for no reason! I asked for cheese in my chicken salad sub, she said it don't come with cheese and upcharge me $2. She said cheese is 50 cents but she had to use extra. I'm like...but I didn't ask for extra cheese, I only ask for cheese. She said well she needed to add 4 slices of cheese, btw, this is shredded cheese. It don't make sense paying for extra cheese I didn't ask for, plus I had that wrap before with cheese without extra charge. Why she so mad at the world? She insisted I paid for cheese and that she is not going back and forth and took sandwich away. I'm pretty sure whoever the owner is paying for all that stuff appreciate that she wasting their money just like that, but why would she care? Another costumer walked out and said Taz is always like that, talk rude to people all the time and just don't give a damn, and that he usually walk away whenever he sees her at the counter. If i ever see her behind the counter, ill just walk away, cant trust someone like that preparing my food. U can't miss her attitude, it stinks pretty bad
I will never in life eat at this subway ever again for 2 scoops of tuna she tired to charge me 5.97 cent now remind you I worked at subway before so I knoW everything about the prices I will never support mount Carmel subway ever again the lady was very rude the nurse even said that’s the reason they don’t eat there and I see you have to do better

Great meat
There are 2 old white ladies that works they need to go ahead and retire they are always rude and the lady with the red hair is always standing in the same spot. The couple that works at night they are amazing and always keep me and my husband laughing and smiling. They need to be the managers or get promoted.
So much for eating fresh right, not even close!! Would not recommend !!
I frequent this Subway often as I am a nurse here. Just wanted to share that Jan and Kevin did an AWESOME job today during the lunch rush. This Subway is getting busier now that more people are coming in for COVID vaccines, and today there was a line of about 15 people with just Jan and Kevin working. They worked quick together and kept a good attitude. Very thankful for this Subway location and their service today.
Worse experience at Subway I’ve encountered. Guy working is rude and acts like he doesn’t care about your order. You’ll be better off getting a pop tart out of vending machine and putting in microwave.

If I could give a minus 5 I would,, the customer service is the worst experienced. The older gentleman which makes your subs, appears to hate his job, throws your subs together, and dare ask to have your sub made the way Advertised! Looking for corporate number as I’m writing this review!

Rude ever
Food is good but because they are located within the hospital they did not have high chairs. While I'm sure little kids aren't regulars at this location, I'm sure we aren't the only ones who stopped in after the kids visited someone. Maybe they could have just one?
