i LOVE this subway and i can proudly say that everyday. sydney is just the sweetest thing and aways makes my experience there great when i stop in. the food & veggies are always fresh, never had a day it looked or tasted bad/gross/left out for hours. the ladies normally there mon-fri are always kind and i look forward to going there on my lunch more than once a week :-)

Brandy and Cindy are absolutely amazing they always keep the Vibes high with customers and provide excellent customer service. Not to mention every sub I’ve had from them has always been great and well put together never sloppy which is extremely important to me.

Amazing customer service! I go here very frequently for lunch & my favorite BRANDY & SYDNEY are amazing! Store is always clean, food is always fresh & made how I want! Highly recommend for a quick lunch if you’re in a hurry ❤️❤️

This subway is filled with flies. I wanted the buffalo chicken sub but they were out of buffalo sauce. When I went to pay I asked if those were reward cards she said yeah but didn’t know how to use so I couldn’t get any points. Thankfully I remembered I can use the receipt to get my points I earned.I asked for my subs to be lightly toasted my subs were super cold.

ordered 3 subs two of them were messed up and never got my drink and now they wont pick up the phone and the website offers no help to correct the issue. wont use this store again

people avoid this subway at all cost, don't give your hard earned money to a bunch of unprofessional staff, guy the other day was giving me talk about how it wasn't all about me and saying that (we all have things going on) i understand that but guy was kinda rude about it, never going back there again.

I was greeted when I entered the store and had no problems ordering.
Placed an order from this location, via their App at 6:45pm on Oct 9th. I arrived at the location to pick up my order but the location was closed.
I've reached out to Subway via the App to get a refund twice. I called their store number and the HQ number with no response.
I recommend not ever ordering from Subway via the App they won't return any messages if there's a problem.

I was in the store and i witnessed the Manager/ the Owner being very aggressive with a employee she messed up my sandwich twice not concentrating on what I was ordering, also burned the bread in the toaster , store was very dirty and unprofessional
I ordered 40 dollars worth of food, and am missing a footling cookie, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and 2 drinks. Never had a problem with subway before, but now I did. All i got was 2 subs. And on top of that, they didn't even answer the store phone when I tried to call em 3 times. Absolutely unacceptable???♂️
I mobile ordered twice from this location and both times the sandwiches were wrong. The first time I got a sandwich it wasn’t toasted (I put special instructions in to have the green peppers and onions toasted with sandwich and instead nothing was toasted) and they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and didn’t put any cheese on my wife’s. The second time, right now, I pick my sandwich up from the store and neither my wife’s or my sandwich were toasted and I had to mobile order the Supreme Meats and there was no cheese at all on it when I requested pepperjack in the app (again I requested green peppers and onions to be toasted with the sandwich but again nothing was toasted). Usually I wouldn’t mind if it was busy or something then that’s fine, I worked at subway myself and messed up orders due to being busy, but there was literally no one else in the restaurant at the time of making these sandwiches and as we were eating the two ladies working were dancing around in front of their phone (best guess is probably for a tik tok). I will not be ordering here in the future. Only ordered here twice and was disappointed twice.
