This Subway is the closest location to my new home, so I was hoping it would be a reliable go-to. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The younger Indian lady working was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived, she was on her cell phone, didn’t wash her hands, and simply put gloves on before handling food. She even propped her phone up in the sandwich station where the meat is stored at one point.
I had to repeat my sandwich order three times because she was holding her phone between her shoulder and ear, on speaker, and clearly distracted. I also had to repeat my toppings multiple times. It was frustrating and felt unsanitary.
To be fair, I’ve been here before when an older gentleman was working, and he was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. That positive interaction is the only reason I considered coming back. But today’s experience really rubbed me the wrong way
We went to this subway a few weeks ago and had a great experience using a coupon that was sent to our house. We went to the same subway and tried to use the same coupon and the lady at the counter said “we don’t take coupons.” Even though they took one the week before
The best Subway location I've ever been served in Latin America and the United States. Served by a highly qualified staff, I 100% recommend visiting every time!

This place messed up my order after i tiped and bought cokkies the order like 40 dollars. She argued with me over the fact the ahe messed up and all i wanted was my money back for the mistake. She gets mad and says fine sir ill refund it only to call back an hour later to argue some more about it . Completely unprofessional and disrespectful its ao petty and i cant believe she would treat anyone like this . Im calling corporate tomorrow about my experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location and realized it right away. I called the store within minutes to explain the mistake and cancel the order. On top of that, I got into a car accident while trying to get to the location — which I also mentioned on the call.
The employee on the phone didn’t show any concern or care. They told me the food was already made and there was “nothing they could do,” even though I never picked it up. No empathy, no effort to help, and no understanding of the situation.
It’s incredibly frustrating to know a big company like Subway doesn’t train their staff to handle situations with basic compassion or flexibility. I didn’t receive my food and was left paying for an order I couldn’t use — all while dealing with the stress of an accident.
I won’t be ordering from this location again and will think twice before using the Subway app in the future.

Subway has been a nice little place for me over the years to grab a nice sandwich sub. The veggies are fresh, bread is soft, and it won't break the bank.

THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY ORDER! I had the receipt and everything pulled up and they would not make the order or refund it! I never picked it up! They are stealing orders!

I had a wonderful experience at Subway, thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the amazing lady who served me yesterday (lucky). She was incredibly patient,even the when the line was long and customers had multiple requests .I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and her outstanding service, always delivered with a smile.

Staff is great but Horrible management. Non responsive when complaining through subway website . Shame on subway for not being available as they are now only about making money from franchises anymore apparently. When I reached out through the website I received a canned response with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. I only received a reply when I went to bbb. However, the manager told Bbb they spoke with me which never happened. I don't even understand how they are still open. Other subway franchises are better....I recommend you go elsewhere where they actually care. I did get my sub replaced but with way too much effort.
