Worst branch I went home my sandwich barely had any chicken inside and I felt like I was eating a salad sandwich even the greens were barely there, the guy who added the greens was almost counting them lettuce šŸ™ƒ it was a ft long but I felt so hungry afterwards even though I always get the half size and feel full. And the staff there are just like the girl with dark hair who started my order I greeted her she didn't greet me back she was on silent mode. Last time buying anything from here for sure

Night shift suck they let a dasher leave without confirming & I called & they said they can’t remake it for the other dasher, then stop answering my call (update they finally answer & hang up on me after she lied about confirming ) Yay.

Have been several times. Really rude girl that works there. Seems to hate coming to work and have to actually take people's orders. Ask a question to her and she's sarcastic as all get out. Won't be back to this location.

Ordered through door dash, so I gave a 5 star for atmosphere to be fair since I didn’t actually enter their building.
I’ve had this sandwich 2 other times from a different location and it was amazing.

The one I got today, gross. Bread was stale/hard, it was wrapped in a dirty looking paper, I paid for extra meat and it didn’t seem to be anywhere near the portion I got before.

Overall, it didn’t even taste like the same sandwich I got before. Very disappointed, especially because I paid extra for the delivery/convenience.

Lesson learned, go get it yourself, you’ll probably receive much better quality. $18.75 for a 6 inch sub, a bag of chips and of course tip/fees. If I had picked it up, would have been about 1/2 the cost.

Oh, and the dasher claims I put 2 instructions ā€œhand it to meā€ AND leave on porch, sooooo he knocked/handed it to me. I don’t see where it says to hand it to me, but I’m sick, so I really didn’t want to engage.

I feel the employees need to be more knowledgeable about the items that they are selling I asked what was the difference a philly and the regular cheesesteak and the person ringing me up was completely clueless and that's terrible I work in food service and as a food service worker employees should be knowledgeable of the menu items not only that my sandwich was kinda dry and it was barely even toasted I would hate to ask for more mayo next time because then they may put too much I just wasn't very pleased with my order overall
