Every time I come in this place the employees act like they don't want to be there and it seems like me just ordering is getting on their nerves lol. Food is always good maybe hire people who want to be happy. I know people have bad days but damn every time. There is one guy there who is always happy and in a good mood. Maybe have him be the person that greets people.

There is a very rude African-American female employee that has no customer service skills and all attitude. I was very disappointed with the service. I will not frequent your establishment beyond this point. Due to this service. I hope in the future your company hires people who care about their jobs. thank you. sorry that you lost a customer in me.

Please don’t eat here. I was in Columbus for work recently and this seemed to be the closest option for a quick meal before I left. I went in and saw the two young girls working were sitting at a table being loud and on their phones. One of them finally noticed me (mind you, I was the only customer in there) and came to the counter so I stepped up to order and took a second to glance over the menu to see if they had the bread I wanted. I guess that was too long for her because I was met with “Is you gonna order or not? Cuz I don’t want to stand here for nothing.” I told her thank you, but I suddenly lost my appetite. She rolled her eyes and walked back to the table and continued being loud and immature with her coworker. I’m already not a fan of Subway but this took the cake on bad experiences.

I went to this Subway this morning and had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The lady came from the back with the worst attitude I've ever experienced. She didn't greet me; she simply said, "What type of bread?". I answered. The next thing she said I could not hear well, so I asked her to repeat it. She sighed, sucked her teeth and said very rudely, "I said what cheese do you want?". I asked her if she was alright, because I was feeling a bad vibe. I asked if there was anyone else who could take my order, and she said "No, I'm the only one here". I told her that I couldn't eat food made by anyone this rude, turned and walked out. As I headed for the door, she shouted "I hope you have a good day!". Oh, now you want to shout? That's how I know she was being nasty and evil on purpose. If you walk in and see a black lady with a yellow scarf and a bad attitude, run as fast as you can!

I went over to subway on Cassidy I talked to the female employee who didn't act like she wanted to speak besides telling me I couldn't get no more then 6 black olives on my foot long sub which I ordered the number 18 I told her I would buy the extra black olives who eats only 6 black olives on a foot long sub. So I left the subway with her and was disgusted by her attitude never will come back to this subway they horrible

I wouldn't eat here if it was the last Subway on earth. Service is absolutely horrible!!! I don't trust they meat they keep the metal doors up blocking your view from seeing the meat and not to mention the veggies section be lookin like a whole tossed salad ugh!!! Do yourself a favor and just go to Pennstation!!!

I drove by turkey hill this morning get a coffee so after that I when to subway it's next to it was trying to get a breakfast subway eggs and bacon with all the good staff but the laddie the work there give me An attitude being rude for not reason. I told her what I want on my sub in she didn't want to make it .she was acting like she Hate her job .if she don't like her job so why she don't quit. corporations or Franchise Fire her. She don't need to work there at all by the way , She ware a yellow bandena..I hope corporations read this Review or franchise so they can do something about it. Thank you.!!!!!

Employee refused me service when I asked to just buy bread. He told me they domt sell bread. He also would not sell me a sandwich so I could take everything off of it myself as I ONLY wanted thr bread for my pregnancy craving. Never returning to subway!
