Sandwich prepared as ordered, fresh and presented well. *The speaker at this drive thru needs replaced or serviced, alittle aggravating hearing clearly and volume, have to keep repeating or making sure you are heard properly.

Somebody got rid of Italian dressing which was one of the things I like to put on my subs. They can get the sub together but the quality has changed drastically.

Went at 8:20 (store closes at 9) and the doors were unlocked. I walked in and 2 girls were in the back chatting and told me they were closed. Very rude. Won’t go back. Plus the building is creepy and looks like it’s straight out of the backrooms.
Food was good but customer service doesn’t exist.. no point in the drive thru if no one is servicing it. Seat in the drive thru for 5 mins watching the workers talk to each other. Paid me no attention

The sub I ordered was very tasty. It was a Philly steak sandwich with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it. The service was good. It was quick. The atmosphere was very quiet. I wish the prices had not gone up so much. I miss the $5 footlong.

They aren't paying their staff enough money to make sandwiches AND provide excellent customer service. Great sub. Zero personality. First, I tried going through the drive-thru. This didn't work because the worker couldn't understand a word I was saying. I thanked her and said I'll just come in. When I came inside, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment of the issue. This made me think the miscommunication was done purposely because I was placing a new order, not picking up an order. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I would have left without buying anything.
Parking: Huge lot, just watch the entrance and exit potholes

Always tasty. Lots of options and side. Staff is polite and friendly. Didn't give it 5 stars because they never have ice tea. The machine is there. But never any iced tea.

More like ZERO STARS!!!??DO NOT EAT HERE! ??I went there yesterday Monday 1/15/2024 to get me and my sister lunch. After eating their food I got sick. (FOOD POISONING) Today I called and asked for a manager. The guy said he wasnt in. So I let him know what happened to me and that they may want to throw out their food and get fresh food out. The guy acted like he couldn't hear me by saying hello.. hello and hung up on me. I called right back he let it ring. So I left a little nice message. ??!!!!DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!?? I HAD THE ONE ON BRICE AND TUSSING OVER THE WEEKEND ON SUNDAY AND DIDN'T GET SICK AT ALL.

Trash service they will steal your credit card information and you’re food. Paid for food and they said I never ordered it and refused to make it… They are from another country and hate Americans and here to scam everyone they can…Hope they get shut down asap!!!!???????????????????? 0 stars!!
