I love a good classic Subway sandwich. Yeah their ingredients & quality has gone down over time, but I STILL like their sandwiches when they're made right!
But the past couple years especially since COVID, most of my Subway experiences have been pretty disappointing.
But I got a sandwich from this location via their app, while I was visiting Columbus last month. It was really good! Reminded me of pre-COVID Subway. Perfect amount of all the toppings! The person who helped me was very nice and friendly too.
I see some other recent reviewers rated them 1-star because they weren't open during their stated hours. I know that's frustrating, but Subways are franchises, and this probably means that the family that owns this location is going through something serious & thats why they're having to close early.
It may have something to do with the severe/bizarre military crackdown happening in the US right now.

Please list your full menu on your menu board. Why take coupons at all if you're not going to list the things that the coupons are for on your menu board? Also it would be nice if you waited on customers as they came in and not according to race. Won't be back. Karma.

I had a craving for an oven-roasted turkey sub and decided to try out this location. I did not order in, but competed my order via DoorDash. The sub hit the spot—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
This Subway is located downtown on the corner of Town street and typically gets pretty busy around lunch time.

Cannot understand the girl that answers the phone! I called one day to see how late they are open - going to a show at Ohio Theatre- the girl said eight o'clock! Then one in our group called to see how many people we could bring in & girl said they were closing at 4:30!

Rude employee sat outside and smoked a cigarettes, I waited until he walked back only to watch him lock the door 25min before closing, wave me off like he couldn’t be bothered.
Busy during lunch because of the offices and businesses nearby, but even so the staff is friendly and efficient. In and out in minutes. The staff is amazing and always welcomes you back.
