Cannot understand the girl that answers the phone! I called one day to see how late they are open - going to a show at Ohio Theatre- the girl said eight o'clock! Then one in our group called to see how many people we could bring in & girl said they were closing at 4:30!

The customer service here is horrible. The crew member Shay has a nasty attitude and so does the other staff member didn’t get the name. They have to be desperate to employee Shay just horrible.
