This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway. My food was supposed to be done at 710. They have one person working who is rude and has no customer service. When we got there to pick the food up they told us they didn’t have steak or meatballs after I had already ordered the food and paid for it. We have been sitting here waiting for 20 min and still not ready.

Went in to order food and was completely ignored. I was the only customer in there and the employees in there made eye contact with me, did not say anything to me and continued to talk amongst themselves. I waited for several minutes for them to finish their conversation and they ended up migrating over into the back to finish their conversation, so I ended up just leaving. Completely rude.

I’ve only had bad experiences at this location, I use the app for mobile pickup and I don’t think there’s been a single time that everything has been correct. The employees are incompetent, they must be high because I don’t know how they can fail to make a simple sandwich every single time. I assumed that it was a one or two off thing but it keeps happening, I’ll never be revisiting and I don’t suggest anyone else to visit either.

This location seems to just be ran poorly. The young staff inside seem to be doing their best, but likely need a manager or someone present to help. Our food was right this time, so that's an improvement. Unfortunately, online ordering times are unreliable. They don't have the "express" pickup like other locations and our pickup orders are always very delayed 15-20+ minutes. The sign in the walkway has been flickering for months, at this point just unplug it. There were tons of people in line, so it's not practical to expect two employees to be able to keep up with all the mobile orders and in person orders. It's unfortunate, because they did a good job making the food, it's just too much to manage for the limited staff. I'm hoping this location improves.

Ordered a sandwich. Was missing a meat in the ultimate BMT. Pointed out there should be ham in it. Worker got offended saying he knows whats supposed to be in it and still just made a regular BMT and charged me for the ultimate.

Linn Holdings (the owner of this subway) breaks labor laws every day and steals money from workers. Hope they fail and shut down as anyone who does that clearly lacks character. Really - take a business class to learn how to properly run then people may like you?

The subway on Holt road by Kroger had stale buns ,server didn't have gloves no hair nets on,mouse traps on the floors , I took two bites ,wrapped my sub back up,set it on the counter and walked out the door , The nastesest Subway in Columbus.The sub bun crumbled,it was so stale.

Manager just leaves kids to run the place. I’m going to assume dropouts based on their behavior as having a 8th grade education. Plus subway sucks online and the app. It’s clear subway has gone downhill, not just this location. They’ll be closing locations soon. Time for an alternative people!

So, I ordered through the Subway app, excited to pick up my lunch, but guess what? The store was closed! And what's even worse, no sign, no note, nothing to warn me. Talk about a bummer!

This is the best subway I have ever been to. The veggies are so fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The staff is incredibly positive and hard working. Usually subway is just subway but this one had a particularly good vibe. ?
