We ordered online and our order hadnt been started 30 minutes later despite it being slow. They were completely out of cookies. We're waiting for a refund. I ordered a chicken sub with a bunch of veggies, double protein and double cheese. I got a loaf of bread with some filling. There was hardly any chicken or veggies on it. Every time I order from this location there is barely anything on the sandwich. My husband had to tell them ho to make his wrap. I understand that prepping is difficult when you are constantly short staffed. This location is very poorly run. I should be able to get what I'm paying for.

Almost everytime i come here theres only one person working and its always a long line. Today my girlfriend and i came in and had to wait 5 minutes before the person looked up from his phone to help us

No wonder why Subways been on the decline for many years now.. went through the drive through and got my order wrong.. also many times at this place I’ve sat at the drive through for multiple minutes waiting without any interaction from anyone

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway. My food was supposed to be done at 710. They have one person working who is rude and has no customer service. When we got there to pick the food up they told us they didn’t have steak or meatballs after I had already ordered the food and paid for it. We have been sitting here waiting for 20 min and still not ready.

Went in to order food and was completely ignored. I was the only customer in there and the employees in there made eye contact with me, did not say anything to me and continued to talk amongst themselves. I waited for several minutes for them to finish their conversation and they ended up migrating over into the back to finish their conversation, so I ended up just leaving. Completely rude.

I’ve only had bad experiences at this location, I use the app for mobile pickup and I don’t think there’s been a single time that everything has been correct. The employees are incompetent, they must be high because I don’t know how they can fail to make a simple sandwich every single time. I assumed that it was a one or two off thing but it keeps happening, I’ll never be revisiting and I don’t suggest anyone else to visit either.
