I’ve ordered here a few times, I like to come here on my lunch break. Food is mid and cold, and they always mess up your order, especially if it’s online. Especially CUCUMBERS in my sandwich. Yall lucky I ain’t allergic but that’s still poopy and my food is tainted with cucumber taste now because I have to pick it off my sandwich. If you’re reading reviews go find another subway to eat at. 🌝

The woman making my sandwich was great, the lettuce was brown so I asked her to remove it and the woman asked the manager if they had new lettuce. She said no, I checked it and it was fine. I asked to have spinach instead because the lettuce was bad. The manager said no, you can't customize what I ordered. Rather than the manager either getting fresh lettuce or allowing a substitution she just made it without.
This subway seems particularly good for some reason, everything is really fresh, and are generous with their servings. Seems pretty clean inside as well. The gentleman working was very nice. Highly recommend this Subway, it's the only one I will go to in the area.

This subway sucks. The first bite I took of the pizza I SPAT out. Tastes burnt, smells gross. Alright time for my drpepper. The moment I open the bottle a DREADING disgusting smell escapes.

I went twice. Never again to this location. They charged me the first time, and canceled my online order. They didn't try to fix it. The second time I was told i had to pay 79 cents for dressing because I didn't want a soggy sub. Your subs were tiny with almost no toppings. I got a bottle of dressing at the dollar store. These people don't even let customers use their bathroom. So I'll go anywhere else. Eakin road location is much better you should go there instead!

I walked up and waited to be greeted and for the boy behind the counter to walk to the back room, I don't have time to wait since I'm on my lunch break so I walked down to the register to see if he was putting his phone away but he was still on call and he told me to wait so I left, will NOT be coming back to this location

The young lady working at this location was very aggressive and disrespectful. She talks too much and makes things unnecessarily long instead of focusing on the customer’s order. If someone wants to give lectures, they should go to a school and become a professor—not while working at Subway, where the job is simply to prepare food and serve customers respectfully.
When I began my order, I clearly said I wanted a rotisserie chicken on wheat bread. Instead of starting my order, she began talking about unrelated things that made no sense. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were very disrespectful.
On top of that, she even told me that if I come back, she will not serve me again. She insulted me and spoke badly about me right in front of other people. This behavior is completely unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable.
Employees should treat customers with respect and focus on preparing their food quickly and professionally. This employee needs to be addressed immediately so other customers do not face the same disrespect.

The white lady with the tattoos, this morning was so rude to my friend and I, she gets mad when you ask her about anything, she said she was gonna put our food in the trash if we kept looking at her, oh my gosh she’s so messed up, looks like she had a bad morning cause an employee with that kind of attitude should be fired. It was around 9am . She even gave us the middle finger.
She claims she owns the place, we are students from academia, she says she won’t serve us and she’s marked our faces lol

No restroom? I guess employees go out back... or that rope to the back it's blocking off the restroom from customers access. Lost my business for that one. Id go elsewhere!!! I sure did.

I tried the nachos. The man put the liquid cheese on last right before he gave it to me. Doesn’t taste good. Minimal toppings.
Worst subway around forsure never have meat or they want to charge you for every extra little pickle and piece of cheese you get when they put the bare minimum that they can on each sandwich and only have one person working so it takes three hours to get a sandwich
