The young lady working at this location was very aggressive and disrespectful. She talks too much and makes things unnecessarily long instead of focusing on the customer’s order. If someone wants to give lectures, they should go to a school and become a professor—not while working at Subway, where the job is simply to prepare food and serve customers respectfully.
When I began my order, I clearly said I wanted a rotisserie chicken on wheat bread. Instead of starting my order, she began talking about unrelated things that made no sense. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were very disrespectful.
On top of that, she even told me that if I come back, she will not serve me again. She insulted me and spoke badly about me right in front of other people. This behavior is completely unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable.
Employees should treat customers with respect and focus on preparing their food quickly and professionally. This employee needs to be addressed immediately so other customers do not face the same disrespect.

The white lady with the tattoos, this morning was so rude to my friend and I, she gets mad when you ask her about anything, she said she was gonna put our food in the trash if we kept looking at her, oh my gosh she’s so messed up, looks like she had a bad morning cause an employee with that kind of attitude should be fired. It was around 9am . She even gave us the middle finger. She claims she owns the place, we are students from academia, she says she won’t serve us and she’s marked our faces lol

Worst subway around forsure never have meat or they want to charge you for every extra little pickle and piece of cheese you get when they put the bare minimum that they can on each sandwich and only have one person working so it takes three hours to get a sandwich

The ingredients in the sub were below par. Some ingredients were missing and others were less than optimal.
I placed an order for a roast beef sub with artisan bread, lettuce, spinach, pepper jack and toasted. Along with a black forest ham sub, toasted and a churro. The churro was literally a rock. I CRUNCHED on that thing. Ow. My roast beef was replaced with some thin, gross bologna. So I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. The other sun wasn’t even toasted. Whoever worked tonight(9/27/24) they literally didn’t pay attention or they just didn’t care. The only thing right about my order was the damn sprite that my dasher picked up.
They charge you extra to put your dressing on the side. Ask for cash tips. And have bugs running around the counter(saw roach after paying for my food head under the tips jar). Think twice. Another branch would treat you better or maybe taco bell....it is right there. I would understand the charge for extra dressing but just to have the same thing you would put in your sub anyway it is unfair. Up charge during inflation when it is the same thing as putting the same amount maybe less on your sub. Don't ask for the dressing on the side. Wow Subway found away to keep this family away.
