Its Me

Got one of those new foot long pretzels and was very disappointed. First, it doesn't taste like a pretzel, it tastes like regular bread with salt on it, then it's got this weird sweet/sugary taste to it that just seemed odd. Lastly it comes with honey mustard sauce. Not a good pairing. I would not recommend these faux pretzels

Mold in the whole fountain machine. I let the worker know and he argued saying it was just cleaned today. Clearly not. Video evidence included ? Subway is way too expensive now for them to be failing in customer service and cleanliness in a whole.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU I asked for a foot long the owner cut my sub in half and charged me twice stating because he used two sub wraps and two stickers then refused to make the sub properly and to correct the price charge. The customer service here is distasteful and the owner seems money hungry they also do not take coupons anymore since it was taken over by this new owner

Purchased the footlong meatball sub.The meatballs did not seem fresh and there was little or I think there wasn't any marinara on the sandwich. It was very dry. I wanted mozzarella and was told that Subway had done away with mozzarella. How disappointing. My local Subway has mozzarella. I will find another Subway in Cilumbus that has mozzarella even it I have to drive 5 miles away to get it.

Had one person working during lunch time , and you had to repeat your self at least twice so he could understand, got tuna and there is barley any in my sub. He walks off to cooler with gloves and comes back with same dirty gloves not going back to this location.

Terrible service by the fat grotesque "owner" who was mad that a black man came in and asked for a free cup. Then proceed to take it out on me by kicking me out of the store because she didnt like the way i replied "yes" to her questions. I myself am an arab american, and i couldnt help but notice she didnt seem to have any issues with any of the white customers, only the black man who came in and myself. Probably shouldnt have a racist in charge subway. Not a good look at all.

Isn't it a violation to wear open toe shoes while working around food?? They just walk in this facility with anything on, vulgar language, only one employee in the store during busy lunch hours and you gotta repeat how you want your food made a hundred times all the whole they're catching an attitude because you don't want your food prepared any old kind of way!! It could be a top tier location if they actually gave a damn.Today's issues were, I wanted to add chips and a drink too my order, the cashier with the slide in flip flops tells me, " the menu is changing so you can't do a combo!" Then starts rambling on about how I can add two chips or what-have-you for a specific price a bunch of nothing! I then went to go get some ice which by the way this is like the third time so I was just doing it to see if it was the machine or the fact that they don't clean it but there were black specks in my ice again! They had already charged me before my food was done in before they started being irritated so I just took my food and left but I most definitely didn't care for the service!

The guy couldn't stop using his phone long enough to make the subs.his dirty phone was on the counter top for food.he made 3 subs and touched and handled calls while making subs.this was my favorite subway.ill never return to this
