?DO NOT EAT IN THIS PLACE? I’m giving 1 star because otherwise I can’t write any review, this the most terrible place, service I horrible I’d gave them several chances to redeem them selves but the ladies are just terrible at customer service, I can’t explain my self how is it even possible they still work in that place plus the make the subs like they don’t care even put ingredients I don’t even asked for.

They have 2.7 stars at the time in my review and I think they should get 0, unfortunately for me every time I go there’s an Indian lady there that acts like you are a begger and they are giving you free food, and not even!! Super rude, I got there way before closing and she said “we are not longer taking customers” at 6:30pm in a regular Thursday ? also she treats the food like it’s trash, the ingredients are not fresh and she acts like you’re annoying her ?? I get Subway doesn’t pay a lot but if you don’t want to work there the. DONT! Customers are not to blame for your work environment because they truly act like they hate to work there

I have placed two orders at this particular subway. They were for delivery. Both times I was told that my food would be delivered by door dash. That wasn't a problem at all I use door dash quite often! Well both times I have been utterly disappointed with my food! This last time December 9th I didn't receive all of my food and the food that I did receive was terrible! Of course door dash would not help me because I ordered off of my Subway app and although they tried to help by calling the store they couldn't get an answer and neither could I! My order was almost $50! That's too much money to spend on bad food and I didn't receive all of my food. I ordered 3 footlong subs and a pepperoni and cheese pizza! I didn't receive the pizza at all!

The young lady I think is the niece she is nice when she wants to be. On her phone when you order i didnt ask for toasted she assumed. Also I will no longer come here due to the fact the young man said he wont take coupon anymore. He said its a new rule we just started and i will tell the girl don’t worry about it ..

The lady working today was more concerned with her phone call than helping customers. Toasted the sandwich even though we said no. And then proceeded to tip herself and refused to give a receipt. Overall a poor experience.

My Subway App was hacked by a local to this restaurant who ordered two back-to-back separate orders. I do not reside in Ohio. I removed my card from the Subway App, changed by password, notified my financial institution's fraud department, and attempted to contact this Subway. When I called, the staff would either not answer, or they would pickup and immediately hang up on me. I left a voicemail asking for a return call and haven't received it yet. This occurred on Saturday. Today is Monday. It's rather curious the app was utilized to buy back-to-back orders and this wasn't questioned by the restaurant. It's also interesting and verging incriminating that staff refused communication and haven't responded to fraud. Avoid. Do not go here.

Probably one of the worst Subways I've ever been too and probably will never ever stop in again.Previous time I ordered food on the app and went to pick it up lady behind the counter snapped at us "WHAT YOU WANT IM ON BREAK!!" like one don't snap at customers two of you're on break you need to be in the back not currently helping a line of customers.But ordered just recently and they burnt the bread or something looks really terrible. They were too lazy to toast the other two subs we got and they were even too lazy to cut the subs in half like they are supposed to. They also forgot some ingredients as well terrible staff.

First or all, every time I go here and the two Indian girls who work here are so rude, Never smile, and act like you are an inconvenience. When i say they act like they hate their life and job i truly mean it!! When I went the last time all three drinks that I actually liked in the fountain drink area were out and pur water. Another time I went they told me they were closed and there was still 45 minutes until closing time and they were sitting in the lobby. Not only have I had bad experiences with them they were rude to a friend of mine as well. Good food though!
