I'm going to be honest it was pretty bad this time. I ordered online and picked up at location. The bread on all four subs were dry. The lettuce was old and the tomatoes were pitiful. I was very disappointed. This has happened before , however I was hoping maybe hands had changed with the staff and things would be a more fresher and better quality food experience. Do better staff and to the owner of this location. Trust me it matters to the success of your store.

06/26/2024 - First time visiting this Subway. I was the only customer at the time so there was no wait. I ordered my usual which is the Turkey Titan. This is a small Subway. It was clean and had a few seating tables. All of their produce items looked good. Nice and friendly service. Tight parking out front. Decent prices.

NO Restrooms !!!rundown. Food was terrible this time. Lunch rotisserie chicken with all the Fixins just to drop a oil two bites and I threw it away terrible terrible terrible terrible normally I would even eat the bread but not this time!

Ordered a meal on the app, when I arrived they'd handed it to someone else just before I arrived. Third time that's happened to me at this store. For some reason staff cannot be trusted to fulfill orders properly and get them into the hands of the right people.

I loved my sub but prices have doubled and for the 12.bucks I paid for 1 ft long sub I could go to the deli at krogers get 2ft long bread sticks a half pound of meat and make 2 subs.and they be fresher that

This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.

I ordered online and whether I asked for extra or less of something didn't matter, they did what they wanted. I got home and got 4 different sauces oozing everywhere and that made bread soggy AF. However, I only asked for light mayo and light oil. There was definitely garlic aioli and Buffalo sauce on it. Unsure of all else. My trashcan got its belly full!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!I ordered about 30 bucks worth of sandwiches via subway app for delivery via doordash. The dasher brings the wrong food. No problem. I call subway and they tell me to contact doordash for a reorder or refund. I do that and doordash accommodates by calling the subway store for a remake. We get a confirmation text that the food is being prepared and the dasher is on there way. Out of nowhere the order gets canceled. So at this point I just wanted my money back so we call doordash back and the call subway multiple times. No answer. They send subway back the refund anyway. 5 days later. We call multiple times and finally get ahold of a manager. Which he states that doordash didn't send the refund out. But we have email proof that they did. Now they are back to not answering the phone. Bunch of crooks at the end of the day. If you value your time and money. Do not I repeat DO NOT order online if at all for that matter.
