So, a lot of things wrong at this place, they have promotions and don’t know what they are or how much even having a sign posted. Me and my gf went to grab subs and we were greeted rudely by a lady who works there, she was angry and took it out on us, saying ok what else, next , next after every condiment we said. Disappointing and just sad to see how this franchise has become over the past 10 years I won’t be coming back. I’d rather make my own then get verbally talked down to by a bunch of idiots. Also their promotion was for 2 foot longs for 12.99 and I got charged $23.37 for 2 how does that sense? Just sad and you should close up.

I went to Subway last night around 8:50 or something and got two subs and got home and the bread was old and stale, I will never go back to the subway again
Subject: Disappointing Experience at Subway – Poor Service and Coupon Denial
Yesterday, I stopped by Subway to grab a Club sandwich, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a food establishment in years.
The young man behind the counter was wearing an earpiece and appeared to be speaking in a different language to someone else while simultaneously trying to assist me and two other customers. He seemed distracted, distant, and disengaged—no eye contact, no greeting, no smile. It felt like his only goal was to rush us in and out.
When I politely asked for extra spinach on my sandwich and said I’d be happy to pay for it, his response was rude and unkind. To make matters worse, when I presented a valid Subway coupon, he refused to accept it for the Club sandwich. However, the coupon clearly stated that it excludes only wraps, The Beast, and the Garlic Roast Beef—not Club sandwiches. Had I seen otherwise, I would not have ordered it.
Frustrated and disappointed, I chose not to pay for the sandwich and left empty-handed. It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize saving a couple of dollars over offering a welcoming and respectful customer experience.
I’m sharing this so others can be aware of the poor service at this particular location. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and retrains their staff on basic customer service and honoring clearly printed offers.

Overcharged for sandwich and chips and had a long strand of hair in the food🤮. Something told me not to go to this location. Should have listened to my instincts.

Grabbed this on a late meal run and the subs were messily wrapped and falling apart.
The guy serving was rude and had an attitude because I inquired about a review that I had read and well- he was nasty and unprofessional.

Came in on Saturday @8:15pm the girl started making my sandwich she was very rude looking at my crazy because I ordered a custom sandwich something nobody usually gets but the way I was looked at made me feel disgusted also the guy working very slow at preparing. I ended up walking out I was not serve in a timely matter when I was the only one in the store customer wise and just the customer service was horrible will never come back to this subway EVER

The marinara sauce for the meatballs was straight red water, it was so runny it wouldnt stock at all to the meatballs and had zero flavor, never seen this at a subway in my life, obviously a shady owner watering things down to save a couple bucks, and on top of that the cookies were old and rock hard stale disks, avoid this location at all cost

What happened here? This was my go to Subway in the area. The African gentleman always had the place so nice and clean, veggies fresh and he was also very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if the Indians have taken over this location but never again. How are you making sandwiches in such a mess? Then on top of that you're rushing customers and have a nasty attitude. Subway is over on this north side of Columbus, these people don't deserve my money. Throw those rotten veggies away for God sake
