Never ordering from here again. I called them because I accidentally got the wrong sandwich and asked if sauce could be delivered to my house, the guy randomly hung up so I called again and the guy was confused and angry, like am I not speaking English? Never ordering here in a lifetime.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location on one day evening . The lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. She clearly struggled with English and responded to my order in a very disrespectful and dismissive tone. Her behavior was so off-putting that I couldn’t even go through with my order. This is not how customers should be treated. Subway should seriously consider training their staff in both communication and customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered delivery through Instacart bag is stapled shut not the driver fault. It was suppose to be on multigrain bread it’s on white, supposed to have oil& vinegar there was none and it didn’t soak into the bread there simply was not any on the sandwich , oregano & pepper none, hardly any veggies. I stopped ordering from this location 2 yrs ago because I kept finding hair in my sandwiches no it was not mine hair was either blond or red mine is black. After I placed my order and realized where it was coming from I should have cancelled the order, but was talked into giving them another chance, I will not do that again. At this point will not order from subway unless I can stand there and watch them make the sandwiches or it’s a location that I’ve been to enough, that I know makes it sandwiches right usually one close to work.

The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful. I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that? The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.

They'll argue and lie constantly. Went in for the same sub I've ordered the past 10years and they try to tell me its made differently and you have to pay for more than 3 toppings? This location alonge with most subways in Columbus are going downhill. Done ordering the same thing 3 times a week and it being a different price EVERY TIME SAME LOCATION!!

It was a lovely experience and really clean. The tables floors and behind the counter were very clean. At this location the subway is inside a gas station. The ladies that were working behind the counter were very polite, respectful and a joy to be around. They made our 4 subs very quickly and neat. This subway location was very convenient being in the gas station because if someone is visiting and needs gas, they can get food as well.

Used to love coming here for like a year i never had any issues and the subs were fantastic but the last few times I've been it's like there greedy with toppings and the service sucks sad to see it go downhill like that but it is what it is your best bet is to just go to another subway
Received the best service ever from the young gentleman working behind the counter great customer service and subs looked fantastic I went August 10th at 6:30 100/10 recommend
