Eakin road location food is good but service is really bad now since since the Indian people or what ever religion they are took over.while the Indian guy was making my sub I went to their coolers and grabbed a 20 oz bottle of pop and I stood in line and waited to pay for my order.got to the register and pop the bottle on the counter and they guy rang my pop and sub up then then Indian old lady in their language pointed at my pop after I allready paid for both like I didn't pay for it.so I got smart with her and told her I paid for it too and said I'm not a thief I payed for it.so she shut up and the Indian guy said it's ok I'm sorry.this place I'm sure is not doing as good as profit is down because of these 2 people.if they would stop with their shitty service there profit would be up and they wouldnt have to worry about every little item some one picks up.its never busy anymore.when the old American lady's worked here it stayed busy constantly.now there's never anymore in line smh customer service is really bad I highly recommend customers go to another subway.

Not just Subways but this was the cleanest and most organized STORE OR RESTAURANT ive EVER been to. From the chip organization...not one bag out of place, to the vegetable area...even tomatos neatly stacked. Food was fresh and flavorful. Thank you for taking pride in your establishment.

Ever since they have been under new management they have been horrible ! THEY MADE MY SUBS WRONG AND REFUSED A REFUND AND WOULD NOT REMAKE MY SUBS after they told me to come in and they will remake them. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN also very horrible customer service and very rude. I’d give 0 stars.

I literally only ordered oil & vinegar in my sandwich. We ordered online. And once again, there is nothing. So I'm going to have to go to the store tomorrow to get something to put on this dry sandwich before I can eat it. Just so aggravating when you make your order as simple as possible & it's still not right.....and not the first time. Also, the pretzel was so hard I had to put it in the microwave to be able to chew it

I came in with my wife fir the second time and she ordered her usual blt sub and asked for extra bacon the guy making the sub says that it usually comes with 8 pieces of bacon and that extra would be 4 more pieces to equal twelve. He put 6 pieces on it covertly and they charged me the extra fee for the bacon i wouldnt recommend this subway when there are multiple other subways around. I will personally never be back and will actively be detraxting my friends and family from going there as well.
