So tired of trying to place orders through your mobile website. They just take the money and never process the order. If the site doesn’t work, take it down. People are hungry, it’s frustrating to keep wasting time and money.

I worked harder just standing there watching the woman move at a snails pace. The service is awful. Food ...blah. I'll never be back. They need to retire already and sell the place to people who can keep up and satisfy their customers.

I have been coming to this Subway for over 20 years now. This is the first time in years that I have been unsatisfied with service. I ordered the steak nachos which only comes with select items. I told the lady I was will to pay $2-$3 to add more items. She instantly said no and didn't budge. We got 2 nachos and a drink. She only wanted to give me one napkin. I asked for at least four. The atmosphere felt like they were holding the napkins, lips, and straws hostage. Come on people. If we are spending $15-$30 in your establishment, you have to be a little lenient with your napkins and other utensils. I get it, you don't want others coming in to steal your items. However don't treat your paying customers like those who didn't pay. A dissatisfied customer.

Terrible service. I know that some subways are independently owned and operated and you can tell this one was. They constantly touched pork, while making our sandwiches. I asked the woman making our food to change them and she got annoyed but did it with a stare.

Went into this place to use a grab a couple subs and use my coupon. The gentleman before me used his at checkout but when I went to use mine they wouldn't take it even though it was the same one the gentleman before me used. Definitely felt like they were being racist about it because I wasn't of the same decent

Ordered pickup and grabbed it from the drive thru. Ready when the app said it would be. The gentleman at the window was very kind and had great energy.

This is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. The staff is kinda rude. They tried to force me to go through the drive through by coming up to my car in plain cloths as I was parking. They had a janky hand written sign on the door that said drive through only even though they were open till 9p and it wasn’t even 8p yet. Their veggies looked like trash. Food tasted ok though. Their straws are paper and disintegrate before you finish your drink.

I had placed an online I order and was charged but the store said they didn't recieve the order. I believe that they didn't but when I ask them for help they don't really help me and then while I go outside to call customer service they lock the door as if I was trouble to them.

They made my son's foot long sub incorrectly ,twice, and tried to blame him for it. She toasted it without asking if that's how he wanted it. She blamed him for not telling her, even though she didn't ask , and asked him what he wanted her to do about it ( obviously not wanting to waste the bread and meat). He told her he would like it fixed. She got another sub bun and proceeded to put the toasted meat and melted cheese on it. He asked her to fix it again. Politely. Again, she was irritated. My sub was ok but very skimpy with the tuna. $21 to be blamed for her mistakes. Not going back. And she was one of the owners of that Subway. Quality of service rates right up there with quality of food imo.

I visited the local Subway at 5701 Cleveland Avenue and was let down by the response from the staff inside. I identified myself as a customer in need of using the restroom, hoping to provide feedback as a secret shopper. However, it was disheartening to find no signs indicating that the restroom was out of order. It's puzzling that there were no clear indications preventing customers from using it if it wasn't functioning. The lack of communication regarding this issue left me feeling disappointed with the service. It seems like they may be understaffed, leading to inefficiencies in their operations and limited menu options at this particular location. Despite these shortcomings, I still managed to grab a meal before leaving. I hope others won't encounter similar difficulties when needing to use the restroom here in the future.

As for the pictures they did try to keep this place clean maybe. I can't say I would ear here again!
