We were blown away by the quality of the sushi and the exceptional service at Sushi Factory. The staff were friendly and very attentive, and the food was truly exceptional. We will be recommending this spot to everyone we know! We have been going here for years but things have gotten EVEN better and the food was beyond delicious. Highly recommended!!! 10/10!
I love their food. it's amazing. they do take longer than you expect, so don't go there in a hurry. Our order got delayed and we waited about 44 minutes and were offered free appetizers and apologized to. I love them I'll always go here. it's just allow for 30 minutes for food to arrive after you order. just go and have fun and drink some tea and get edamame you'll be fine
It took like 30-45 mins to get our food. We ended up getting something we didn’t like and just simply did not want it. Never asked for anything to be comped or removed from the check and didn’t want anything different because we didn’t want to wait another 30 mins to get that. The store manager came over and was extremely rude and unprofessional and put the plate of sushi back on our table and was yelling at me saying something about not getting it removed, you still have...read full review
