As soon as you walk into Susie's the wonderful smells overtake you and your tastebuds kick in, and the friendly greeting from Susie adds to the experience. Our children ordered the meatball sub and said it was the best they have had in Columbus! We had a Pepperoni Pizza that everyone liked and my husband had the Italian Sub, he only thought it was ok. He is spoiled as he is use to the Italian subs in the North End of Boston. My only complaint is on the site it looks like you can still eat in, but we found out that was before Covid hit. So next time we will call our order in and plan to have a picnic at the park.

Service is fast & food is always fresh!! The Italian Sub is addictive!!!! 🤤😂 Pizza is great too. We always get 1/2 pep. Love the crust & how the cheese isn’t super weird (you know that fake rubber taste). Pep has a nice flavor too! Also, the team is always nice & respectful. I would come here more often if my wallet allowed me to. I wish they had a loyalty program, deals or combos! Usually 1 large pizza & full sub will feed us (fam of 5)

Middle aged woman at the front does not value the customer, she gives off a stank attitude as if she doesnt want to take orders it’s usually more pleasant when the older lady is up front.

As far as pizza goes it was ok, the bbc was good but different then i was expecting. The Itailan was great, great service friendly people, setup is still all covid like and not very welcoming.

Susies has always been one of the main choices for eating out. I have been a loyal customer from Westerville rd to Weber rd now the Karl rd location. Probally one of few reasons i still live in the Linden area.:)
Called and ordered subs parked out back of restaurant because the front was full and this dirty looking man pulled up beside us and asked us what we were doing I said waiting on my food he goes inside comes back out talking crap saying I was a lyer that they told him I didn't order no food and all kinds of stuff I went in and talked to this lady and she said she didn't know what his deal was that he shouldn't be saying anything to us but they just lost our business and they might want to have a cleaner delivery person especially dealing with peoples food
