The Italian sub the husband got was amazing. He loved it. I got the pizza roll. Not a horrible price for 5 smallish pizza rolls. They were flavorless. A little garlic butter or seasoning on them would of made all the difference. Great lady. Great service.

Disappointed. Pizza crust was like cardboard literally. It was tasteless and so hard it was inedible.
As soon as you walk into Susie's the wonderful smells overtake you and your tastebuds kick in, and the friendly greeting from Susie adds to the experience. Our children ordered the meatball sub and said it was the best they have had in Columbus! We had a Pepperoni Pizza that everyone liked and my husband had the Italian Sub, he only thought it was ok. He is spoiled as he is use to the Italian subs in the North End of Boston. My only complaint is on the site it looks like you can still eat in, but we found out that was before Covid hit. So next time we will call our order in and plan to have a picnic at the park.

Service is fast & food is always fresh!! The Italian Sub is addictive!!!! 🤤😂 Pizza is great too. We always get 1/2 pep. Love the crust & how the cheese isn’t super weird (you know that fake rubber taste). Pep has a nice flavor too! Also, the team is always nice & respectful. I would come here more often if my wallet allowed me to. I wish they had a loyalty program, deals or combos! Usually 1 large pizza & full sub will feed us (fam of 5)
