Cute, very clean, and nice spot for a quick coffee. I think the owner was there, or at least one of the staff members was very knowledgeable about the whole beans they were selling and using in their drip coffee. I wish we had a little more time to sit down and enjoy the space. Definitely recommend!

Really nice place to work and have a delicious coffee and pastry. They had homemade Pop-Tarts. The chocolate one was incredible. Love the asiago cheese bagel as well. And the best thing of all they had so many different sugar-free flavoring options. Everyone else just has vanilla. Not this place!
The interior is clean with plenty of seating for patrons. The music is lively without being too loud to focus on work or studying. The selection and quality of coffee is very good, although this particular location lacks the ability to serve breakfast sandwiches. The staff is also very friendly and work quickly.

I used to love Sweetwaters but it seems the quality has gone down in the last few years. I ordered a matcha with strawberry and it’s brown. Not even the slightest bit green, which leads me to believe it’s not ceramonial grade matcha, for if it were it would be a bright green color. As you can see, it looks brown like an espresso latte. For the price that is charged for their drinks, it is not worth it. As much as I used to love this place, I do not think I will continue to come to this cafe anymore. It is a waste of money. My past few visits have been very disappointing. There are other coffee shops in this area and I would recommend choosing those over Sweetwaters.

I just stopped in for my morning coffee which was probably about 24 oz cup and they would only give me one ounce of cream. They measured it out with something a bartender uses to measure liquor and I asked for more and she said we're only allowed to give out an ounce the cream for my 24 oz coffee, I will not be returning to Sweetwater coffee, how absurd!!

I’ve been here 2 times. Has decent coffee—it’s not the best in town, but it’s reliable and enjoyable enough for a quick caffeine fix. They have a range of options that are well-prepared, and the coffee quality is consistent, which is nice if you’re a regular.
However, the customer service is seriously lacking. The staff often seem disengaged or even rude, which can make ordering feel like a chore. Special requests or questions are sometimes met with dismissive responses, and it’s not unusual to feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. The unfriendly atmosphere really detracts from what could otherwise be a pleasant stop.
In short, if you’re just looking for a decent cup of coffee and don’t mind a less-than-welcoming experience, this place will work. But if customer service is important to you, you might be better off finding another coffee spot.
