Great coffee! We had to swing by after stopping at Krispy Kreme and being served some of the worst coffee we’ve ever had, happy to see they had lots of dairy free and sugar-free syrup options!Dietary restrictions: Offers sugar-free and dairy free options

For my first experience here, I was not sure what to expect. I stopped in to grab a coffee and bite to go, and I was able to find parking in the garage behind the building very easy; that already is a bonus in my book. As for the coffee, I ordered the Dragon Eye which I would easily get again. The coffee selection was slim but their iced/frozen drinks and their tea selection seemed more robust. As for the snack, I ordered the Blueberry Crumble which was olay; flavor was great but the texture was very soft. I would skip the treat next time. As for service and the place overall, both were great. The barista was very quick and friendly and I saw a few other customers sitting around and chatting with each other or working. It seems like a good place to go to to hang out or work for a bit.

The manager was rude and belittled staff in front of customers, unwelcoming to families with young children. Food was stale and coffee was just sugary brown water.

Unfriendly staff, owner and management to both customers and employees. Overpriced for the low quality in food and drink…. But how unwelcoming it is for a coffee shop is shocking. AVOID!!!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE Manager was incredibly rude to my family and refused to put a lid on a water for my three year old, justifying it by saying "we just don't do that here". The coffee was overpriced brown sugar water. I felt incredibly judged for having children while in this establishment, I checked the website beforehand and it said that Sweetwaters was child-friendly. The management made it clear that that was a flat out lie. We left and drank our coffee outside in the snow because of how the manager treated us. She was also very short with the lovely trainee that helped us for the first part of our experience, scolding her over the temperature of my son's hot chocolate.

Coffee and espresso drinks are great (but expect an upcharge for whole milk). I really like their pumpkin latte because they use a pumpkin sauce. All the baked goods are yummy also (muffins and biscotti and bagels and-).

The owners are absolutely amazing. My husband and I come here all the time and each time has been an amazing experience. They are a little different than other location as they work with local bakery’s to supply their pastries but they have amazing options. Everyone is very sweet and the café is amazing.

This location is the most minimal cafe. Breakfast food is not sold here besides a bagel and very weak pastries. Ordered before work today and the seasonal drink I love was all off proportions. Hardly any matcha, too much cream and espresso. I didn't get a photo before mixing it. The lemon bars are inconsistent and have a pile of crunchy powdered sugar..... I'm not sure if the cafe is under different owners than the other locations but they are not the same as the New Albany Cafe I usually visit.
