There is water leak on the floor for some time now. On top of that, during rush hours, students come and sit without ordering anything. Annoying especially for those paying to sit.

Ordered Door dash. They did not have the fall drink even though it was on door dash to select. Not only did the staff not notify me they had my driver notify me to see what I wanted instead. This should fall on the staff not the doordash driver Called to speak to the manager and he told me they were out of the drink since 9am well then why at 11am when I ordered was it still available. You could tell the manager could care less about my complaints and that shows how if he doesn't care the staff doesn't care. Sent Email to Lisa Bee the Co owner and CEO as well in regard to this store and the unprofessionalism of the staff.

The only positive thing about this place is that they have discount for OSU affiliates. Their coffee is bad, they dont have skim milk, and their pastries seem cold and tasteless.

I was gifted Tiramisu from 3 local places and this was the 2nd place winner. It is the prettiest looking but is DRY. I like the lady fingers to be soaked a bit more aside from that it's pretty good! I'll try it again only bc i love tiramisu!!
Great little spot just off the main street. Had an iced vanilla latte and it was as perfect as it can get. Not too sweet, not too bitter but with a good strong espresso flavor. Barista was a nice lady that was able to flawlessly multitask. Nice decor with local art on the walls, bright and clean interior and free wifi. I would return and recommend this spot.

not a place for coffee lovers cant say much for the tea, but Having one person work at a time is horrible poor girl was rushing by herself. not to mention it took 35 mins for a coffee and to warm up a sandwich with only a couple orders in front of us. props to the girl working for trying her best
