I went to try this place because I was in town for the pet expo. I recommend this place so much you get more for what you pay for and I also got a pup cup for my puppy and the whip cream in there was so good and I loved it so much, my mom got Thi tea And I got green tea with lemonade, Honestly, I wish you guys were close to Medina or Cleveland area because I would totally go to you guys all the time!

Sweet Waters Cafe is my go-to spot for a relaxing brunch or coffee break. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. Their bagels sandwich is a must-try, and their coffee is consistently excellent.
The owners of this establishment are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with !!! 2 meetings arranged and confirmed and they don’t turn up !! Not only my time wasted but also $44. In Ubers !!

This is a great place for teas. Not for a traditional coffee. Ordered a cappuccino and it was underwhelming. Tried a mystic matcha tea and an iced matcha. Those were good. We also got the chai latte and it was ok. Would not recommend of looking for a premium coffee.

Got there 35 minutes before close and was told I couldn’t order any of their espresso beverages because they were shut down for the night. Got a tea instead which was good but not what I wanted. Barista was nice about everything, but still disappointed. I work third shift and was excited to find a location open later :/

Really liked sweet waters while walking around. Perfect spot near campus and a good shop menu with very friendly a good staff. I did Kinda wish to see a London fog option but hey, can’t win them all. But what you can do Is check them out!

First time I went I waited 15mins in line (there were two people ahead of me with short orders) for them to tell me they couldn’t take card because of the Wi-Fi. Second time I came an hour before close, same barista. She told me they couldn’t make blended drinks because they’d already washed their blenders. I’ve worked in a coffee shop and a smoothie shop, you’re not supposed to turn down an order because you don’t want to do dishes. Washed or not, an hour before close is way too early to turn down an order. DisappointedEdit: manager emailed me and took care of it, very quick and was super nice, handled the situation well, even offered me a free drink!
