Super cute, historic, and intimate space. I met a colleague upstairs for a meeting then popped down for a quick drink before we left. We waited behind one person. Cameron was our bartender and was super helpful and efficient on our first round of cocktails. Unfortunately, when we went back up for another round, there were maybe 3 others waiting to order, not egregiously busy, but after about 4-5min waiting to put our order in, he was no where close to being done with the others. So we just decided to call it quits and head out.
The drinks, although good, were on the pricer side for this part of town. They were prices I’ve seen at higher end downtown hotel bars or restaurants. The problem seemed to lie in that when you are marketed as a craft cocktail bar but only have one bartender (maybe this isn’t always the case but it was 9pm on a Saturday…) the serving time will back up very quick, and patrons may choose not to wait.

I wish I could've experienced Switch but the hours listed on Google don't match the actual hours as I was informed by the bartender today (Thursday) that Switch is only open on Fri & Sat, even though the hours are listed as 5p-12am on Wed & Thurs and 5p-2am on Fri & Sat. This is quite disappointing since I drove over from Dublin, I had invited friends to meet me there and the bartender said this wasn't a recent change to the hours of operation. I had to go to a link on their Instagram page to find the actual hours. One would think updating Google would be on the list when changing hours of operation.
Nice vibe. Stopped for a drink before a friends event. Got the purple mistress because its essentially an aviation which is the drink that got me into gin. It was ok. Not as light and refreshing as I'm used to, it was darker so maybe too much creme de violet?
NY sour - delicious 5/5 would definitely order again.
Overall good service- thanks Kyana! and really nice playlist. I'd definitely return.

First, I would like to let you know I love the space you have created with Railhouse and Switch! The bartender Kyana was great and I enjoyed the time I spent in switch with her. However, I came for a cocktail advertised on your Instagram only to get here and find out that Switch doesn’t even have the ingredients to make the advertise cocktail.

Expected so much more. Drinks were very high priced and Atmosphere was decent but the TVs in the space killed the vibe of a speakeasy.

Awesome space for hosting events! We had our 10 year anniversary here— the service was wonderful, great atmosphere, and the event coordination was easy and seamless. Allison made us really confident in booking with The Switch, and thanks to Katie and Shyla for being so helpful and attentive at our event!

The place has an incredibly good vibe like I've never felt before! Right when you walk in. Maybe it's the aged, solid, strong, precisely-placed bricks that perfectly line the entire place, or, maybe it's the peacefulness and comfort you feel being surrounded by them...or both. Service was great, seats are very comfortable, and Basil Hayden Toast is... well... always wonderful. Wow.
A really cool speak easy. The atmosphere is is different and intimate. Cocktails are delicious
Great atmosphere and drinks!!!

Worst so called speakeasy I've ever been to. Cameron is phenomenal though, just wish he had even the simplest of mixers and ingredients to make standard cocktails.
Bartender straight up ignored us. Had a great dinner at East Market but this place just ruined the entire vibe. We were even told by the bartender we would be served soon and then he starts taking orders from people who just walked in. It’s frustrating because we just wanted to stop in for a drink and had heard great things but from my experience I will never be back.
Cameron was a phenomenal bartender and he was very personable!! He made drinks based on the customers likings and truly cared about the people he was serving. 12/10 would come back to see him!!!!
We showed up before 11:00 PM on a Thursday night and was told that the last round was already called. It was definitely a let down, because we took friends over specifically for The Switch experience.
Very cool little bar! Awesome vibe and cozy atmosphere. We had a great time with Cam!
