This place won't give you sauce even if you ordered one single taco. Staff is rude, and the manager is absolutely incompetent of holding down a fast food restaurant.

Ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app and got a luxe box that was supposed to come with a side and a drink. For my side I got chips and cheese. I received my cheese but no chips??? No straw for my drink either. I also asked for sauce packets and received none. As much as I paid for delivery, they couldn't even give me my entire meal? It's ridiculous. The bag was sealed so they simply did not put these items in at all. Very disappointed. I'll just use DoorDash next time—at least they would make things right. Waste of money.

They really need more staff. Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru line. All the other reviews about their drinks being flat are correct as well. Literally go to any other taco bell.

Terrible service from the employees who only talk and ignore the customers
Made me wait 40mins in the drive through pulled up and my mobile order wasn’t even started .. I came in and waited another 30 mins I could’ve walked over to Wendy’s orders ate and came back over before it was ready …. Last time I visit this location

Welp never thought I’d write a Taco Bell review but here we are. They gave my order to someone else, then when I came back in and waited in the line of other people who needed their orders remade, they gave my remade order to the wrong person. So then they started out making it for the third time, and messed up all the options I selected (which the receipt and mobile order showed). When they messed it up for the third time I asked for a refund and the two people on the line actually started yelling at me that I should have known they were making it wrong because I was standing there. I’ve never actually been yelled at in a restaurant before. Wild experience, it was full of people too. Then when it came to the refund initially they were just going to “take care of it”. I had to actually press that I wanted it refunded today. All the while there’s a stack of free taco coupons sitting there. I honestly didn’t expect anything but a remade order, or a refund, but man if you got a stack of free taco coupons, that may be a good time to peel one off… Whoever the GM is here should be thoroughly embarrassed and corporate definitely needs to come check them out. What a mess

⚠️ Flat Drinks for 3 months straight ⚠️
I’m on the spectrum and go here EVERY day.
The owner simply does not care if the drinks are flat because the location is busy and they already have your money. If you owned 20 Taco Bell’s would you know if one of your locations had flat drinks for 3 months? Not with daddy’s money you wouldn’t 👶
The employees are great every single time, I love them 😍 what a shame they have to deal with this issue and frustrated customers, when it’s completely out of their control. They know my name and keep me coming back.
If you’re the owner and reading this, it’s time to stop suckling and time to be a responsible adult. People like you are why nothing works efficiently and is just good enough. Your employees care and they make you wealthy. It would be nice if you cared just as much and at least made their day easier.
Maybe turn over wouldn’t be as high and sales would be more consistent. You will have an increase in customers due to state workers returning and probably think the location is doing better, without realizing the unrealized gains.

Jessica eliijah and brent abd their manager brandy are always working so hard and for their customers they deserve each of them need a 2 dollar raise for doing a great job .
Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to, a friend of mine went across the street for Wendy’s and made it back before I even got out of line.

The owner desperately needs to hire more staff. I watched the employees working hard frantically filling orders and it still took 25+ minutes to get to mine. They gave me a voucher for a free taco for my troubles, but I won't be returning to this store to redeem it.
