Staff is rude and act annoyed you’re there. A staff member questioned my app order, told me they didn’t have it, (then another employee brought me order) then I told her 3x what soda I wanted and she still gave me the wrong one and was extremely rude about it in the process. Quality wildly inconsistent and overpriced. Not worth the risk of knowing if it’s going to be worth the money or not.

I don't know if this place has recently changed management, but it has gone severely downhill. It was the premier Taco Bell location in Columbus for several years, in my opinion, and recently when I've gone most of the staff is new, they miss items, treat you like you're trying to rip them off when you ask about the missing items, don't seem to really care too much about the quality, etc. Whatever changed, please change it back. The one on Bethel is closer, but it's still worse than this one, for now.

Taco Bell is pathetic, they charge all that money and give a small spoon of meat , 12 dollars for a chalupa, taco,band a baby cup of potatoes and no meat.. I'll never go there again,band the meat is half juice, not even meat., a burrito looks like egg roll, I wouldn't advise anyone to go there, it cost 50 dollars to feed family of 3. Sad.

I've been going to this taco bell's drive through for years and it's always such a great experience that I'm finding myself writing a review for a taco bell. The employees are always friendly, no matter the time of day. My order is always right and completed quickly and they always provide a lot of sauce. Just everything you could ask for out of a taco bell honestly.

Why is it called a double beef burrito if they don’t add hardly any beef does the beef come out of the paychecks of workers ?

No accountability here, have complained about the bean burrito multiple times but nothing ever changes. Have been nothing but over the top polite to every employee I’ve ever interacted with here. Said “please” and “thank you” every single time. They intentionally go out of their way to ruin peoples’ food based on what the person looks like. The management and corporate does nothing to fix the situation. Here you can see that all the onions and sauce are on one side, and the beans on the other. This was a deliberate choice made by the person making the food. It’s clearly not the proper way to make a burrito. Will anything be done? No, they will just focus on the next new item. They have no care for keeping customers, they just always think they will gain new ones. Thank you to the staff for always going above and beyond to ruin peoples’ meals for absolutely no reason. If you don’t like the job, quit. It’s really simple stuff.
