I believe the drive thru cashier stole my credit card information. I went thru the drive thru yesterday around 1130, provided my card, she gave it back to me then requested it again (even tho the transaction went thru). I had a gut feeling something was off based on her mannerisms but shook it off & provided it back to her. Within 12h, fraudulent charges popped up on that card. Thank you PNC for catching it fast. Needless to say, a Diet Pepsi & quesadilla isn’t worth a stolen credit card. Don’t go here.

Staff is rude and act annoyed you’re there. A staff member questioned my app order, told me they didn’t have it, (then another employee brought me order) then I told her 3x what soda I wanted and she still gave me the wrong one and was extremely rude about it in the process. Quality wildly inconsistent and overpriced. Not worth the risk of knowing if it’s going to be worth the money or not.

I don't know if this place has recently changed management, but it has gone severely downhill. It was the premier Taco Bell location in Columbus for several years, in my opinion, and recently when I've gone most of the staff is new, they miss items, treat you like you're trying to rip them off when you ask about the missing items, don't seem to really care too much about the quality, etc. Whatever changed, please change it back. The one on Bethel is closer, but it's still worse than this one, for now.
