Please use the extra 10 minutes and drive to a different location. After ordering they said it would be another 5-10 minutes, which is ok because I had a somewhat big order. However, once I got my order all my nacho fries were flipped over and poured on my food. No fries were still in their containers…the nacho seasoning was all on the sauces and napkins.
After I looked to see if everything was there, there was a taco missing…so I had to go inside after waiting. When I went in, it was like no one had any idea what was going on. About 3-4 people staring and couldn’t greet or ask if something was needed.
Once I got home, tacos were cold…sauces were nasty and overall a waste of money.
Please just drive to a different location?♀️.

Ordered cantina chicken chalupas, but did not get them, ordered three tacos, and ordered hot and mild sauce and did not receive a single pack. The tacos were quite unique. Disgraceful service and quality

Drive thru - specifically asked how recent the chalupa shells had been cooked because previously had bad experience. I was told it was recent. However, more than ½ of both chalupas were so dried out that it had more dry crunch than a Ritz cracker texture than Ritz crackers.

I went in and had to wait a few minutes before someone took my order. I ordered a mexican pizza, a large nacho fries, and the doritos locos tacos value meal (regular). What I ended up with was the pizza, the fries, a regular supreme hard taco, and some soft burrito crap that I did not order. I tried calling the restaurant to get it fixed but all I get is the phone ringing one time and then dead silence.
