I can certainly see why this location has such a very low review rating with only 3.3 overall stars at Google. Couple of weeks ago this began when I placed a very large order for some family and friends who were at my residence. We placed a rather large order and I made the mistake of not checking everything at the store Finding out when I Got home the multiple items were missing. I called the manager right away and informed them of what was missing to which I was told they would take my name and replace those items whenever I wanted. Today I went through the drive-through and sought the replacement items. Unfortunately, a couple of the items that were missing from my original order are no longer menu items at Taco Bell. As such the individual who took my order allowed me to make some substitutions. Put this next part in the stuff you can’t make up file Upon arriving home. I found out that my order was wrong yet again. To my dismay, I was given a beef burrito instead of a steak burrito and then the box I received was incorrect as well. Once again, I called Taco Bell and was somewhat speechless as I told the manager Brianna That they messed up my replacement order. Brianna asked if I would like the order replaced or if I would like a refund. I told her that replacement was fine and that I would be sending my son over to pick it up. She told me to be there by 4:30 PM and deal with her directly. My son went over and spoke with her and much to my dismay, she replaced the stake burrito, but told my son that I was supposed to bring the box back. The problem is my son did not have the box because she never told me to bring it back. She simply said she would replace the order and make it herself. So I got two orders messed up and a refusal from the manager to make it right. Not only does this Taco Bell not serve what you want, but they refuse to even stand by and make it correct. Brianna is not only unprofessional, but in my opinion, a liar. To have me send my child over and then argue with my child over what we were due Is simply unacceptable. As I said in the beginning, it’s no wonder that this location has one of the lowest star ratings of Taco Bell‘s in the city of Columbus. Look for yourself.

My order is wrong every time I go. How does “nachos” translate to fries? The cheese is missing every time. Maybe you don’t have nacho cheese anymore. Do better.

Don’t waste your time at this location. After waiting several minutes in the drive through and no cars moving, I pulled around to see the staff inside dancing and talking with people inside. No one cared about the drive though, just the party inside.

Elizabeth. Is. Fantastic. Watching them multitask was great. I'm in restaurants myself, and they were enthusiastic, delegative, ensured everything was correct, and wasn't dismayed when the line slowed down and the cars piled up. Continued smiling and engaging throughout the experience. Well done, Elizabeth! Keep up the tremendous work ethic! 😁

This is the 8th time! They gave us Beef when we ordered beans! The cashier heard everything properly and mentioned it on the screen while ordering! When we tried calling it back for a exchange/refund they didn’t pick uptheir phone!

Vegetarians, it is not the right place for you. They mix meat in the food even if we order through the menu that shows only vegetarian items. Even if Black Bean is one of the ingredients, they mix with meat. Horrible experience. Wasted my $$s.

Vegetarian options: Labeling the items in the menu are fine, but the people preparing the food never look into the items clearly and mix up meat in every vegetarian food. Adding meat to vegetarian food is similar to adding peanuts to person who is allergic to peanuts.

Me and 3 of my friends came in here for some late night tacos and we met Ali. Ali was the best employee and nicest guy of all time. He was laughing, smiling, and cracking jokes with us. There was no problems about the food and the service was so quick too. Amazing place. 5 out of 5 stars. Ali needs a raise.

Go to literally ANY other Taco Bell. Horrible wait times of 30 minutes or longer, cold food, poor food quality, smaller than normal portions, sloppily packaged/prepared, incorrect toppings, and outrageous prices (even if there wasn't a multitude of problems with the order). Go ANYWHERE else, hell, risk gas station sushi if you have to!

Order is never correct or is always missing items. Never get the extras or sides we pay for. Drive thru always take an insane amount of time (30mins or so for just a couple cars). Cheese is never melted in quesadillas. List goes on... do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Has great food but their prices are ridiculous. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so damn pricey. My wife and I got 2 meals and spent 21 dollars and change. How is this reasonable? I never thought I could play that for fast food!!!!????!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

ordered a taco with just lettuce, beef and onion. They gave me cheese and I went back through the drive-through and asked for it without the cheese and they gave me it with the cheese again. Workers argued with me not a good experience.
