Two people were in the drive thru and I was denied service because apparently the managers or whoever takes care of this location didn't hire enough staff, I was told they aren't taking orders due to staffing issues. Do better

I generally avoid this Taco Bell due to first and second shift being rude and just down right terrible but I went today at 11:45pm the three males there were very friendly,kind,outgoing and helpful despite me being indecisive on what I wanted. The food was hot and the drinks were actually filled up. Service was fast I will definitely return for a late night snack. When I tried to tip them they just kept saying they were just doing there job but with a lot of convincing they finally took it. We really need more people like this there because this Taco Bell usually sucks

The staff here is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They made me feel welcome and I watched them take care of those who needed it. My food was great and fresh! The only thing I’d change is the music for a more calm atmosphere and the redesign for Taco Bell in general has been disappointing. (not the store’s fault.) It’s very grey millennial, I miss the color.

So we go there and they have no drinks at all. I ask the lady “then do we get a couple dollars off the meals? Or something?” “ no” she says “this is why we are telling people ahead of time”……then I try to order a box deal that’s on the menu board and am told I can only do it online. This doesn’t include the fact they take away the meal I always got and started charging 6 dollars for each burrito when it used to be 9 something for two of those a soft taco and drink. What Taco Bell is thinking right now no clue but they acting like everything I wanted pretty much they didn’t have really got to me.

Took almost a hour to make my order even though they were told by the manager to make it then I finally get my order and half of its missing!!!!!!

Currently still in line. It’s been 25 minutes. All I ordered was large fries. Sitting at the pay window. Would have left if I didn’t pay already. And nothing. 4 cars behind me have already left. I’m just sitting here since they already took my money regardless. And they keep avoiding eye contact when they get to window.
Update. 25 minutes later… just got an update. Fryer was broken… all cars behind me have left. Probably a total of 6 or 7 cars.

Probably the rudest drive through lady ever. I was just trying to change part of my order and she came out of no where with an attitude. Like ma’am 😭😭😭 the guy was nice though.
Great customer service. This place is always busy. They work hard to get your food made and out to you. Just watching them work is amazing. This location is highly recommended!
