The staff that are here are good and work hard, but they seem like they are definitely understaffed or poorly managed. Wait times can be very long, and inside there are often uncleaned tables, condiments run out, or soda that has missing syrup. Our drive through orders are often missing an item (usually cinnamon twists).

The staff here is very hit or miss & I do believe that they have a very high turnover rate. I thankfully have gotten good service for the most part. However, I made an order through the app for delivery & I didn't get everything I was supposed to get. I'm very disappointed. I didn't get any napkins, sauces, cutlery that I needed. I also didn't get the drink that I ordered & there was no communication either. Very disappointed overall.

I'm not one to make bad reviews but my intention is to hopefully encourage better outcomes so reviews like mine won't be a common occurrence . Specially when someone like me spend money for something that's advertised and for the money that we spent not one thing we received was correct or made proper. I found out that this location had no on my burrito, they had only one fountain drink flavor inside, there where no inside, no sauce on the chicken I bought, they had no cinnamon flavor on the cinnamon twists, overall one of the worst experiences I've had to date don't think I'll be visiting this store for a while hopefully the up their service and up their ability to provide and prepare the proper orders that people purchase can't believe all the excuses we don't have this we don't have that you can't get this you can't get that why you even be open for service.

Went on my lunch break from work, had an issue with the ordering tablet and it prompted me to go to a register.

Stood there for over 10min with people looking at me but not acknowledging me.
By the time someone did come up they seemed annoyed when I asked them about my order and said i was prompted to come check.

I've also come through the drive-thru before and had 10min+ wait times. Definitely not a good location if you want your food at any speed other than slowly.

Ordered via their app which is so easy. No struggling thru a speaker to place your order. But what they put in the bag didn't match my order at all. I assume I got someone else's order. Of course I don't notice until I get home... Food is fine for Taco Bell standards, just got the wrong order...

My favorite thing is how high all of the workers are every time I come in. I love waiting two hours for three items just to only get one.

Edit: the district manager was able to solve my problem and he did a great job! The employees here still need help though

Trash store. Several people waiting 15+ minutes for order but drive thru barely busy. Team members attitude very very poor and regardless of dining room wait time all driver thru orders were made and given out before dining room orders. Mixing up orders no order no urgency

I have never eaten inside of this Taco Bell before but I do mobile pickups quite frequently. They have excellent order accuracy and this is one of the quicker Taco Bell drive-thrus so I highly recommend this location for a quick visit.

Used drive-thur. Fast service. Received good quantity for the price. This Taco Bell on Morse Road by Best Buy gives you your money's worth of beef and pinto beans. Very pleased with my meal.

Went inside to order because my truck is to tall to fit in drive through order 2 things and waited 30 minutes for my food asked about it worker said it's a fast food restaurant we are only worried about the drive thru really

This location is one of the worst places to visit. Almost EVERY order placed either in the drive thru or online is wrong. Getting the food done the way you ordered it after receiving the wrong order is even more difficult. I honestly don't see any justification for charging the prices they do, when it comes to a 50$ bill. regardless of the establishment one would think that customer service comes into play at some point.
