Ordered inside and wanted to pay cash, I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to pay and they brought food up for others who paid on the machines a lady finally asked if I was waiting for an order and I told her I have been trying to pay now for 20 minutes and still had to wait for 15 minutes after I paid for my food.

Absolute disgrace of a restaurant save your gas and burn your money at home they cant make a simple order with two items correctly then claim they cant do anything to fix the issue basically said sorry thanks for the money tho

I ordered 2 tacos W/ONLY lettuce. Just meat and lettuce. I seen on the screen he rang up NO lettuce?! I had to repeat it 4 different times what I wanted. Bring the food to my son, the tacos literally ONLY had lettuce on them!! No meat LOL. My 4 yr old niece could do better.

Its your average taco bell. I will say though run by mainly kids who are rushing you through your order so they can get back to their cell phone often when you are trying to pay...they have done 1000xs better not missing or messing up orders. Its been clean everytime ive been inside which is often within the last few months

Let me get to my main gripe....the food. Fries were old and disgusting. Tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The rolled quesadilla was ok. Service was ok. All it takes is a little effort and a few minutes for fresh fries. Most people wouldn't mind waiting for them. Is that too much to ask?

Went around 11 am for some quick food and got exactly what i wanted. It was hot, good and most importantly the workers were very nice and helpful. I would say this is a top tier taco bell.

They have the worst customer service, very slow and completely don’t care at all about customers. They made me wait for over 40 minutes after telling me the food will be ready in 5 minutes. And it took me over 15 minutes to get anyone’s attention and yes they were right there having a full blown conversation laughing and everything. Worst Taco Bell, if you respect your time and Money, don’t go there.

This taco bell is incapable of getting an order correct. Over and over again they screw up even simple orders. Food is always terrible and stale or old. Just go to a different location.
