Was told to make a small order and they still couldn’t make it right. Robbed me for 44 dollars. How are you going to ask us to make a small order and still give us the wrong items, I need someone from corporate to handle this asap. Also said if I have a problem that I could pull up to the window, that is so unprofessional. Asked for 5 beefy burritos and gave me 5 bean and cheese burritos and 12 hard shell tacos with barely anything in it. Fire everyone in here

People were smoking a joint outside, went to the drive-thru and was asked if it was a big order or a small order. Was DECLINED SERVICE BECAUSE ITS 12:30 AND THEY CLOSE AT 1. Ridiculous.

My most recent visit was horrible. I didn't realize my order didn't modify at the kiosk and asked an employee to remake. I received a mean mug and rude comment. Not my fault I couldn't have a real person help me at the front. Dining room was dirty and unspoken. To which was also met with rudeness because I needed a lid 🙄🙄🙄

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! There was a night where I was there about 45 minutes before they closed, plenty of time left. All of the employees were in the parking lot in a car smoking. The girl with the headset (whom I could see in the car) said they were closed when they were clearly open. Refused to help. Their card reader is down well over half the times I have gone (I assume because they just don’t want to take orders). My order is never correct, god forbid I ask to take off the tomatoes or substitute an ingredient. They are also never in stock on common ingredients, like Mexican pizza shells. Never have I been to a worse location. This is the closest one to me and if I go, I will intentionally drive farther for another location. If I could give a zero I would.

I sat here for 5mins before someone came to the register only to be told to order from the kiosk even though I counted 9 employees once I said I would call corporate I was offered for my order to be taken service is trash
The worst location, employees are lost in the sauce, legit the employees should not be crew nor a manager after the visit I had for the first time and all because someone wants a refund, I will be calling Corp tomorrow!
