Wow 2 cars in line 1 in the parking lot i come in with cash and have to place the order myself. I understand why now because customer service doesn't exist at this location. Watched them place and hand out 2 or 3 drive thru order yet i can't get someone to take my cash. Clearly yet another location that needs shut down employees don't act so ignorant if management had a clue on how to act.

Horrible service, never got my food after a long wait of greater than 30 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Google wouldn't let me give zero stars, so I gave the minimum. If I don't get my food - it's the worst possible.

Waited for 45 minutes for mobile order and never received it. Six others placed orders inside and also never received food after 50 minutes. We had to walk out and couldn't even get someone to cancel the orders. Trying to use the app to report the issue and the Contact Us doesn't even work.

“This is by far the worst store I’ve ever been to. The workers are lazy and don’t care about their customers at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this—every visit has been the same. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and it’s clear they have no interest in providing good service. I do not recommend this store to anyone. It’s a complete waste of time dealing with such disrespectful people.”

Terrible. Spent $35 on my families food all for it to be thrown away due to finding a HAIR in my food. The hair actually went in my mouth and I almost got sick… just don’t eat here
