Parking: It was located on Gender Rd Canal Winchester Ohio and I only went thru the drive thru and got a Carmel empanadas which was very good and I am thankful they brought them back good job Taco Bell

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Taco Bell is a very big chain in America and it would not benefit them at all nothing have any type of accessible so they do have handicap accessible entrance bathrooms dining area
Wait time when store is basically empty exceeding 20 minutes for a simple burrito is normal in this one. The inside of the restaurant smells straight up like week old urine…a food place….smells like pee….floors so sticky you need to pay attention you don’t leave your shoe behind as you walk. Most of the time you can see people waiting to order in the restaurant while all but one employee are smoking outside while one (if even) tries to keep up with drive through. If that wasn’t enough seeing the floor also full of burrito wraps and trash all the time is a sign this is not the Taco Bell to visit

This location has several issues that require immediate attention. The drive-thru service is particularly problematic, with customers often waiting 15 to 20 minutes for their orders to be taken, even when there are only a few cars ahead of them. There have been multiple instances of incorrect or missing items in online orders, as well as orders not being delivered at all. Additionally, despite being advertised as open until 4 am, the store has been known to claim to be closed during operating hours. Obtaining a refund for these issues is challenging, often requiring customers to dispute the charges with their banks. Recently, I encountered an issue where I had already paid for an online order but was unable to receive my food due to an excessively long wait time in the drive-thru line and the unwillingness of my Uber driver to wait. I still haven't been refunded for the cost of that order.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Never have issues with my orders(I come here often, daily at that as I’m pregnant with those cravings lol) and the staff is absolutely amazing. The service I had tonight was phenomenal and to be honest the best service I had so far. Shianne was my cashier and she was amazing. Helped a girl out!!!! I appreciate her, that girl deserves a raise with the quality of service she gave me. And even though they was out of somethings due to it being 3am(obviously super late and last minute, can’t hate! Lol calm down Karen before whoever reads this jumps the gun) she made sure to try and still make up for the shortage and give me a wonderful experience. 10 out if 10. This my main Taco Bell now!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I just stopped to get water because I started feeling lightheaded and this man really told me it costs 80 cents for a CUP of water. That’s insane.
