Absolutely horrible attitude of the workers here, if you're out of something that's totally fine! No need to get nasty and rude for no reason. It's free to be nice
This location is awful, go to the one by Lazelle on North High Street. Can never get orders out on time and when they do it's like extremely stale product.
I visited Taco Bell at Polaris on 5/22/2025 at 7:05pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The staff member taking orders at the front sound the men — was extremely rude and unprofessional.
A customer in front of me was having difficulty understanding the menu due to limited English. Instead of helping kindly, He’s raised their voice, became impatient, and even mocked the customer by laughing at them.
I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable witnessing that. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect — no matter their language or background.
I hope Taco Bell takes this seriously and provides proper training so no one else has to feel disrespected like that again.
Ordered grab and go so we didnt have to wait in the long drive through line. All doors were locked so you can’t grab or go.. seems pretty trash
I usually don’t write reviews, but Ijust want to say this is the best chicken quesadilla I have ever had in my life. It literally taste like a grilled cheese that was just cooked. service was fast. Nice guy.
Barely any lettuce on my soft shell tacos. I'm talking about 4 pieces of shredded lettuce. Also, they forgot my burrito and ignored me at the door, so I had to go to the window to ask for my food because I wasn't waiting another hour in the line.
Have been here a few times the restaurant refuses to take orders at night. They claim something is wrong with the system and they can only take DoorDash orders. Avoid.
My experience was horrible waited a hour for food never got it then waited 30 minutes for a refund. Staff was walking out doors was locked. Terrible Terrible customer service and experience
Avoid this location at all costs. Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Door dashed an order at 5:59PM from this location, dasher messaged me at 6:40PM saying the dining room was closed and he could only go through the drive thru. Received food at 7PM everything was completely wrong, the food was cold, everything was made very sloppy. Honestly the food looked disgusting. it was all just thrown into the bag. We didn’t receive 1 item we ordered. Again, avoid this location at all costs.
i’ve been to over 10 taco bell’s and this is by far the best one. i’ve never had a bad meal and the service is great.

EvavL is the coolest employee I ever met and also I love eating here and charging my phones up I love coming here to see my homies and I wish and pray 🙏🤞 that the gm manager will hire me soon cause I have a lot of taco bell work experience
Usually i'm not too picky, but my order was missing a few items and what I did get was cold. I get its fast food, but it felt rushed and careless. Disappointing experience overall.
So expensive these days. Costs as much as a Taqueria where you get higher quality
We did a mobile order and I ended up waiting inside for over 30 minutes, and then when they finally started to make our order they messed it up, and didn’t even apologize. Then when I was given the order they attempted to not give me everything and acted like I was the problem. The customer service was just terrible and not even treated like a human being.
