Tacos were really good good meat to veggie ratio they were warm and honestly looked like tacos for their commercial almost perfect. Got chicken chalupas and doritos locos tacos They were really good this day and theyre always nice prob my fav taco bell spot nearby

Man, I hate that this is my nearest taco bell. The employees are some of the nicest people in the world, but I can't think of a single time I ordered here and got all my food. I consider it a success if I get 75% of the items I order at this point lol. What the actual heck.

First and Last Time – Absolutely Awful!
I decided to try this very Taco Bell for the first time, and let me just say—never again. I don’t know why people eat here, but I regret every second of my experience.
First off, the service was beyond terrible. The employees looked like they hated their jobs, and honestly, it showed. No greeting, no politeness—just a rushed, annoyed attitude like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. The wait time was ridiculous for “fast” food, and when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong.
I figured I’d give it a chance anyway, but that was a mistake. The tacos were falling apart before I even picked them up, the burrito was mostly tortilla with barely any filling, and the nachos? Stale chips with a sad excuse for cheese. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.
I don’t know how this place has loyal customers, but I won’t be one of them. If this is what Taco Bell is supposed to be, I’ll gladly never set foot in one again.

I ordered my food online & when I arrived I still had to wait over 30 minutes The food was cold & why did y'all get rid of the mexi melt? One of the best things on the menu
the food is horrible, cold, hard , microwaved food, the old guy who took my order was very rude and did not greet or anything and was obviously regretting all his decisions in life that led him to be working at taco bell at 2am. the food literally made me throw up, i wasted money going here. i do not recommend this place and i myself will never be visiting this location again. worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. my tip is get better staff and encourage your staff to make fresh food and not old cooked food that they warm up in a microwave and serve to their customers.

Lady at the drive thru was very nice and personable. The problems were with the food. My fries were not even luke warm and all of my sons taco shells were broken that were in the luxe box.

It's not hard to get an order correct. I will never hit this Taco Bell ever again. Order a #3 with soft taco and baja blast. Got a hard taco and Pepsi. Not to mention the missing 2 cheesy rollups. Went inside and mentioned the missing rollups and they said I never ordered then. Horrible experience. Good bye Taco Bell

Hadn’t been to Taco Bell for a long time. Decided to stop in. Went inside, and you are forced to order at their stupid kiosk. Asked the crewmember for some help…nasty lady came out and pushed a couple buttons and walked away she could care less. We left. Plenty of other places I can eat. I will never go back.
