The staff does not review the order that is made on the screen, I bought the combo, they did not give me the glass for the drink and I practically had to shout to have them listen to me and someone will attend.

Went through the drive through and got two grilled cheese burritos, one steak and one beef with some modifications, and a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken. Got home and the beef burrito was surprisingly a chicken burrito and the gordita crunch was a beef gordita crunch. Not a huge problem someone just had a little whoopsie moment. I went back to exchange the order because my partner hates the chicken and it happened to be her burrito that got swapped. The lady taking the order was a little rude which also wasn't a huge deal because we were there later so I get it. Then we get home again and my gordita crunch was actually a chicken chalupa and they made the burrito with beef this time but not the modifications which were just no strips or sauce, like come on manš

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell, and not just for me. We were handed the wrong order and 2 drinks which clearly showed the syrup was out so after sending the food back it was rehanded to us. So we proceeded to open them up and show it was wrong. They took the order back and gave us another which was also wrong, denied it and again we opened it up to show this wasn't it. On the fourth attempt we got our right bag and pulled off. Just to see the car behind us recieve their order immediately and I pray it wasn't one of the 2 orders we placed our hands on as we checked them but I completely believe it was. We also were missing our large fry and sauce packets. And originally when we were going to ask for a different drinks we had the window slammed on us. We were there on 12/28 around 1:30am ish. Please look into whoever you had on the window at that time because the people behind us should not have been handed the food we put our hands all over.

Mobile ordered and picked up through the drive thru. No one was behind me but they still made me pull forward to stop their service clock so it looks like they're faster than they are. Lid was not sealed on my potatoes so it dumped out inside the box. Burrito was wrapped horribly and leaked out of both sides. I eat Taco Bell 2-3 times per week, but this night at this location was not a good experience.

My husband and I had the worst experience ever at this location on 11/15/25 at 5:30pm. The food was sloppy and thrown together. My husband refused to accept it and the āmanagerā who refused to identify himself became aggressive and shouting out profanities. I will file a complaint with the BBB and try to contact a GM regarding this incident. That employee is costing that location big, I will never go back.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell, the costumer service is horrible especially with the āI donāt care attitudeā. I canāt say that all the workers are bad just need to work on their people skills to provide better quality service. Nobody wants their food given by rude impolite people.

This Taco Bell messed up our order. We called and talked to a manager named Karen and she said we could come back for a remake. We tried to go back several times during the day but they were always closed. We finally made it back to get our remack with the receipt and they denied our remake saying it had been too long. The worker and the makanger on duty who told me no though the Drive-Thru speaker were rude and they yelled at me. I will never go back to this location. I just want my remake order. My only hope now is that this location closes.

The customer service needs alot of work not very friendly i have had so many orders wrong and was treated very disrespectful at the drive through. Even when i tried to make her smile and brighten her day got disrespect. I feel like going inside this restaurant should be an option but there door remains locked. I hope things start to change

I did and online pick up order last night around 11:30 and their was a little accident with our food but they did an amazing job fixing everything. Everyone was very nice and polite. The food was delicious. This taco bell is probably my new favorite taco bell. I really appreciate them being patient because it was a lot of food.
