This Taco Bell messed up our order. We called and talked to a manager named Karen and she said we could come back for a remake. We tried to go back several times during the day but they were always closed. We finally made it back to get our remack with the receipt and they denied our remake saying it had been too long. The worker and the makanger on duty who told me no though the Drive-Thru speaker were rude and they yelled at me. I will never go back to this location. I just want my remake order. My only hope now is that this location closes.

The customer service needs alot of work not very friendly i have had so many orders wrong and was treated very disrespectful at the drive through. Even when i tried to make her smile and brighten her day got disrespect. I feel like going inside this restaurant should be an option but there door remains locked. I hope things start to change

I did and online pick up order last night around 11:30 and their was a little accident with our food but they did an amazing job fixing everything. Everyone was very nice and polite. The food was delicious. This taco bell is probably my new favorite taco bell. I really appreciate them being patient because it was a lot of food.

This store claims to be open till 3am but really they close earlier. I just recently tried to DoorDash from this store and they canceled my ordered TWICE cause they were closed. My boyfriend went to the drive thru a couple weeks ago and they told him on the speaker that they were counting cash drawers at 12:30 in the morning. If you claim that you close at 3am, then why are they counting cash drawers three hours before close? Makes no sense at all

Seemed confused about my online pick up order. It’s a Taco Bell. Food was good but half was cost ingredients and other half was hot meat and cheese so I had to rearrange the food to get a bite of each in. I got my food right away but wasn’t as hot as I would have liked
I came at 2 pm which is definitely not peak hours
Staff was really friendly at the window and made sure I had everything and asked how old my fussing baby was. Would go again!

Absolutely the smallest chili cheese burrito and soft taco I've ever bought . I won't do that again, I guess now I need to go get food 😔 chili sauce was burnt. But they did steam it. For some reason steaming takes too long at most Taco bells anymore
