This is the worst place....lack of customer service, those ladies almost threw my food..I just needed the receipt and I didn't know their printer was broken..she should tell me and not yelling me..next time try others in the way you wanna be treated

What are they doing here??? Is this even food at this point??? And the service is ok but what is this crap. It doesn't taste like nothing. It's disgusting. Period. Nasty Stuff do not go because its opened late you will regret it
I have NEVER been to a resteraunt that refuses service unless you have an app or order online. That is wrong on so many levels and they did that.

We got a large order through Taco Bell’s App and it seems like the people didn’t even start on the order until I got to the window…. they then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks (which we generally got the right ones once we told them) and as I get the order and check my order as I get home… they forgot 3 soft taco’s and pretty much just sped to try I guess… never coming back 👎

Just finished a long day of work and stopped in to this location for a late night snack. 2:04am and the food was still hot and delicious, even being so close to close. The workers were fast and friendly. I appreciate them and the work they do. Keep it up! And thank you for making my night.

Do not eat here! The food was served cold, and the nachos were completely soggy. I called to complain and was told I could either get a refund or have my order remade. When I went back to the restaurant, management refused to honor that and basically told me they weren’t replacing my order, saying, “That’s $30, we’re not giving that back.” That was my hard-earned money wasted. On top of that, the management was unprofessional and extremely rude

Cold old fries with hot cheese sauce makes no sense chicken nuggets we're not bad my dog loved them and she's very picky about her chicken that's not me saying something bad about the chicken either it was actually okay now if it was actually chicken well that's a whole nother story isn't it LMFAO

Friendly staff but highly disorganized. I placed an order inside. After 10 minutes of waiting on 2 items, the staff tell me the lobby is closed and to go to the drive thru window. Once I walk over there, they tell me I can come back inside 🤷♀️. I asked them to cancel my order and move on. I waited a total of 15 minutes for no food and being redirected all over the place

From the time I ordered, until I was handed my order, was more than 20 minutes.
