Cold old fries with hot cheese sauce makes no sense chicken nuggets we're not bad my dog loved them and she's very picky about her chicken that's not me saying something bad about the chicken either it was actually okay now if it was actually chicken well that's a whole nother story isn't it LMFAO

Friendly staff but highly disorganized. I placed an order inside. After 10 minutes of waiting on 2 items, the staff tell me the lobby is closed and to go to the drive thru window. Once I walk over there, they tell me I can come back inside 🤷♀️. I asked them to cancel my order and move on. I waited a total of 15 minutes for no food and being redirected all over the place

I frequent this locations whenever I do decide to get a Bute. Jidi is amazing everytime I come to this location. I have seen her work with others and the way she is friendly and professional with customers. I met shyanna today(pls forgive me on spelling. She was just as nice and made sure my order was done correctly. Thank you guys. : )

The people that make your food does not wash their hands after going outside smoking a cigarette Unsanitary establishment they don’t really care about your services beside your money they hired junkies. They are too worried about their drive-through time before their customers in the lobby ‼️‼️‼️ livemas taco bell brand is the worst taco bell brand in the USA ‼️‼️‼️ When working here, I got rotten up several times on talking to people about washing their hands after going to the bathroom or outside to smoke And the people that they hire have bad hygiene‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ so don’t eat at this establishment unless you want food poisoning or unsanitary people making your food
Ordered from DoorDash twice the first time they let somebody steal my food. The second time they gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with the Doritos Locos taco and I received a burrito with potatoes in it which I’m allergic to and I bit into the other burrito Thinking it was my normal thing and I threw up because it had mushy beans in it

Went there to get a chicken Catina bowl I was missing beans and the chicken was dry! I talked to a manager about it the next day at 1:20 pm on Tuesday 3/18/25 and she was rude and wasn’t helpful at all! So I’ll be checking my orders before I leave next time if there is a next time!

This was literally the best hard tacos I think I've ever gotten from any Taco Bell. None of my shells were split, they all had even distribution of toppings and they were packed in a party pack neatly. I will be back!
