I frequent this locations whenever I do decide to get a Bute. Jidi is amazing everytime I come to this location. I have seen her work with others and the way she is friendly and professional with customers. I met shyanna today(pls forgive me on spelling. She was just as nice and made sure my order was done correctly. Thank you guys. : )

The people that make your food does not wash their hands after going outside smoking a cigarette Unsanitary establishment they don’t really care about your services beside your money they hired junkies. Ordered from DoorDash twice the first time they let somebody steal my food. The second time they gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with the Doritos Locos taco and I received a burrito with potatoes in it which I’m allergic to and I bit into the other burrito Thinking it was my normal thing and I threw up because it had mushy beans in it

Went there to get a chicken Catina bowl I was missing beans and the chicken was dry! I talked to a manager about it the next day at 1:20 pm on Tuesday 3/18/25 and she was rude and wasn’t helpful at all! So I’ll be checking my orders before I leave next time if there is a next time!

This was literally the best hard tacos I think I've ever gotten from any Taco Bell. None of my shells were split, they all had even distribution of toppings and they were packed in a party pack neatly. I will be back!

Do NOT order at this taco bell for dinner. Ordered for drive thru with an online order, waited in lime behind 3 cars for 10 minutes until I got to the speaker box, and another 5 until I decided to just walk inside and ask for my food. I waited another 25 minutes just for my food to be given to me. Had to re order my mcdonalds because it was in my car for 40 minutes and cold. Definitely going to ask for a refund via the website.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken cantina tacos and nacho fries. I got food poisoning from it. I will never eat taco bell again

I keep coming back to this location even when it's out of my way because the food is consistently done very well. No skimping on beans and cheese here. The staff is also much more welcoming than at most locations. Keep up the great work!

Ordered the Cheesy Gordita comb and a chili cheese burrito. The burrito was good, but was only able to eat one bite of the Gordita. Why? Had a strange taste and smell. Thought it was the wrapper. Nope. It was the corn tortilla. So I tried one of the two crunchy tacos. Only one bite. It was the corn tortilla. It tasted horrible. I spit it out. Still got the taste in my mouth. I hope it was from whatever appliance they used that did it and not the tortilla itself. They must know something is wrong because they didn’t answer the phone and it ranged until the Verizon prompt came on. This was the Georgesville Rd store near Sullivant Ave. Avoid it tonight. Hopefully it was a one time thing and they fix it.

Drove thru offered awesome substitutions for not having nachos I got offered cinn twists which I took and since no cherry raspberry midnight freeze I was offered strawberry freeze with blue raspberry syrup I took that as well great store!!!!! Most do not go above and beyond like that most won’t even substitute I usually get shifted with tough luck we won’t add anything.
