New staff are friendly and accommodating. Food was prepared better than most other locations. Prices are oddly lower than some other Taco Bells that I have visited. The only flaw that I experienced was that they forgot to include the taco sauce...but who doesn't already have extra packets in there fridge at home 😂

I had the best experience there even though it was only at the drive thru! My food was made perfectly even though I had no special requests. The man at the window was a little quiet but I prefer that rather than someone rude! He had a warming smile. I enjoyed eating my food and not having to be upset that something was either cold, hard or not made right. I had a terrible experience(s) at the location on hamilton and I will never go back there. But this location and this manager restored my faith in taco bell and I'm sooo very glad that not every manager treats their customers like crap! She was very sweet on the phone when I talked with her and my experience overall was a true success. Thank you so much reico and staff!!

Food was still good thanks to the guy who came back from break, noticed a couple people waiting, and got our food out to us (despite the 3 girls standing in back talking about everyone, everything...except work). Standard today I guess....
I can understand a lot of places are understaffed and employees over worked. Places like taco Bell, Zaxby, arbys, Chipotle are famous for tasty food or tasty sauces. We order food for 4 people with specific sauces. We placed online order and picked the food, drove 20mins and upon checking food at home we find out the food was all OK but not a single sauce in the bag. Disappointed. I would say this food taste awful to eat with ranch dressing.
Got 4 chicken cantina tacos and they’re all crushed. If I wanted nachos I would’ve ordered nachos. It’s been the past 3 times I’ve went that it’s been like this.

Taste good and fresh. I have actually ate at this location at least 7 times before leaving a review. Friendly and also fresh and looks like it should. I drive out my way because the taste and service. Looks like menu items. I live 25 minutes away by other taco bells. Taste nothing like this one. Keep up the great work team 👏

Very bad Taco Bell, it’s hit or miss where 9/10 times it’s horrible, pos employees can’t even act like they care half the time granted they can only work low level fast food jobs so where can you blame em? Dorito taco had literally a teaspoon of meat, I measured 😭😭 and they didn’t even wrap it it was just thrown in my

The night shift on 10/30/2024 and 10/25/2025 clearly don't have functioning brains. I've ordered from DoorDash twice on those nights and received missing or just flat out wrong items in my order. I know this is not the Dashers fault because SOME of my order has been in the bag.
I rarely leave reviews and I understand that human error happens but this is ridiculous and whoever in charge needs to be ashamed of who they've hired.
I'm aware that my lack of going to this location in the future is just a drop in the bucket but I've been in the area all my life/frequent this location in particular. Absolutely sucks to see that this location has gone down hill.
