First off, the only reason I'm dinging at one star on atmosphere, was because it was a drive-thru. And that's depressing. I would love to hang out with those employees, they seem like they were having a great time food came out piping hot! Huge smile and at made me want to smile. They were a whole vibe. Definitely will be going back there, just to see the employees. And, with that said, I don't know if I have ever said anything like that.
I’m not sure why they ask what kind of sauce you’d like if they’re not going to put it in the bag. Tonight we went through the drive thru and were asked what sauce we would like, upon receiving our food there was no sauce. So we asked the woman at the window if we could have some sauce. She made a very rude gesture (as if we were an inconvenience to her), grabbed two handfuls of sauce, and threw them in the bag. I’m usually happy with my taco bell experience but the attitude...
I am not a big fan of taco bell fan...too much dairy, but I needed something to eat. Got a variety of things but had to guess because the drive thru menu was too small. Everything tasted the same.
