The worst in service is that the staff does not attend to both delivery's and customers as they should, they do what they want and they are always not willing to work. I would recommend another restaurant.

I really don't get this place. It seems like with all of the business that they are getting, the customer service and the place would be much nicer. Nothing from the truth. I highly suspect that the only reason that is keeping this place in business is the highly uneducated crowds on the weekend. The food is beyond mediocre, and that says something for Taco Bell.

Horrendously long wait. Me and multiple others waited in line for 2-3+, yes PLUS, hours on a, not Saturday, not Friday, but a THURSDAY. Workers are purely incompetent and hold the mental capacity of a worm, maybe a rat on a good day. Absolute garbage in terms of management and atmosphere. Do NOT waste your time. Ridiculous.

Please please improve the quality of the mexican pizza! The tostada tasted old, totally ruining the dish. It had been nice that this classic item was back but this the second time I've been let down (2553 n high st location served a similar old-tasting one).

cut the staff some slack! this is one of the absolute worst taco bell locations to ever have to work at. i feel bad for them. so many college kids, so many orders, and SO LITTLE PAY! i’m proud of you guys. keep it up

I waited in line for 60 minutes to pick up my mobile order, only to be told that not only did they not have anything for my order, they weren’t going to make my order, and I should just leave. I still haven’t received a refund. Everyone who was there on the night shift of September 20th into the 21st needs to be fired.

Yikes. Messed up our order not once, not twice, but three times! Ordered some food to go (a burrito and cantina meal box) and the first time they called our name they only had the burrito in the bag. Had to go up and ask for the rest. Then they re do it and give us the other 2 tacos but then it was still missing the chips and dip! How do you mess up that bad multiple times over one order. Won’t be returning to this location. They just throw random food items in bags without looking and call it a day. Not to mention it’s super crowded and they have no line control for pickup orders, it’s just a mob of angry doordash drivers.
