This is a very new location, and when I tried in over the summer—because it has the best ratings versus other Taco Bell’s around—I was severely disappointed that they had a roof leak. (Since it hadn’t been raining, I presume it was because of the AC?)
It’s the same trend in Taco Bell food: I’m more disappointed in myself than them because I keep going back occasionally hoping it won’t be any worse. 😕🤦

I placed an online order early in the morning and didn’t come to pick it up until late at night. This delay caused confusion, but the employee who helped me immediately went to work to fix it and called his manager and got it sorted out. I was very appreciative of this because I learned this location closes earlier than other Taco Bell’s and I arrived only 20 minutes before close. As a former food service employee, I just want to highlight the outstanding service I received and I want to state that this location will be my go to Taco Bell location in Columbus as a result. Thanks again brother

This location was very nice in terms of accessibility! It was clean and relatively quiet besides the slight noise from the kitchen and beeping sound that plays when an order is being made. Though some might find the lights too bright, it wasn’t too overwhelming. A point of accessibility I found helpful were the kiosks you can use to order; they are closer to the ground making it easier for wheelchair users, and they’re beneficial for those who do not feel comfortable ordering at the counter. Similar to this, this location offers mobile ordering and a pickup station inside. Next, the dining room area had numerous accessible seating options and the drink station was easy to access for all types of disabilities. Other areas that had good access was the counter for ordering, which was lowered, and large accessible parking spaces. Finally, the bathrooms were accessible and clean as well. The only thing that I found less accessible was the door to come in and out, which was heavy and not automatic, so it could be difficult for those with a disability. Overall, the building is certainly equipped with various accessible features.

Taco Bell is my go-to fast food, as I’m vegetarian. This Taco Bell is better than 5th Ave and, although the staff there is always kind, also better than Morse. Huge portions. Gets my substitutions for potatoes/beans and other order mods correct. Super friendly staff.

Y'all... I live right around the corner from Taco Bell on 5th but their quality has been lacking for a long time now. I decided to take the trip to check this location out. It's very convenient, backed up right behind Cane's. It's brand new, and the people working are so nice and they actually give you food worth what you pay for. I'll be coming here from now on. Check this location out!
