I placed an online order early in the morning and didn’t come to pick it up until late at night. This delay caused confusion, but the employee who helped me immediately went to work to fix it and called his manager and got it sorted out. I was very appreciative of this because I learned this location closes earlier than other Taco Bell’s and I arrived only 20 minutes before close. This location was very nice in terms of accessibility! It was clean and relatively quiet besides the slight noise from the kitchen and beeping sound that plays when an order is being made. Though some might find the lights too bright, it wasn’t too overwhelming. A point of accessibility I found helpful were the kiosks you can use to order; they are closer to the ground making it easier for wheelchair users, and they’re beneficial for those who do not feel comfortable ordering...
