this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. they make the food good, not just sloppily thrown together. the employees are really nice and friendly. they seem to care about and like their job.

I showed up at 8:30am to find the store closed. The manager inside rudely told me that they open at 10am. Google says they open at 9am. I've been a regular taco bell customer since 2007 and I spent 10 years working in the restaurant. This store has always had horrible customer service and is usually closed when I get there.The only one worse than this location is the newer one off Georgesville.I'll NEVER come back to this location.

I’m genuinely so happy with this Taco Bell. They used to be so slow and the people that worked there were questionable. But now everyone is always so sweet and respectful. the food is always hot and made very fast. I’m so happy that there is a place close to my home that I trust and really appreciate the work they’ve put into this Taco Bell within the last year or two.

This location has been closed since I moved to Ohio in January so I've been having to drive to the one on Georgesville for good food! The one on Broadway and Stringtown suck. Anyways, I was happy to see this location finally opened back up so I decided to give them a try. The food was hot and it was good! I am so glad I won't be having to drive far for some good fast food. My only complaints are that I was not given a single napkin on a $20 order and the girl who took my order/money and gave me my food was not very friendly and when she tried it came out as very fake and condescending. Then she tried to hand me my drink, credit card/receipt and bag all at once and I almost ended up wearing my drink. The good food thank goodness made up for her lack of professionalism.
The inside is never opened and when it is the employees are rude. If you're ordering after 9 p.m. you'll be waiting in their drive-thru for about 30-45 minutes, and 8 times out of 10 your food is wrong. I literally dread going to this Taco Bell. Not only is the food rancid but the people are too.

They always shut their fryers off by 9pm and then claim they don’t have any fried items. I ordered $30 worth of food tonight and received less than half of it. The shift lead lied and tried to say the deliver driver stole it LOL! He has 1800 deliveries with a 95% rating. Try again idiot!!

If there was a zero star i would love to give that to this store its 1.57pm 5 minutes ago we have order first they couldn't fulfill what we have ordered 2nd we asked for no meat and they put meat in the burrito. So careless about the meat we found out when we came home day before yesterday in the evening Another Guy at the window the rudest person on earth I have ever seen no greeting just asked for money quietly and rudly got the card from us and even he was giving us the card back looking the other side very ignorant customer service is the worst ruined our mood. I will never suggest for any one to go this location if you don't want to ruined your mood because of these ignorant people who just need money but don't want to run the business for the company. Very very Bad customer service experience.
