They gave me a bag with two busted tacos, one was broke and in the bag, two cinnamon balls that was out of bag
I ordered a steak burrito. I get home and see they handed me a bag that was not mines and lord knows what they did to it. I don't know what is wrong with our people but it's not good.

They wouldn’t let us order on the inside. We were literally inside about to order and we had to leave and the person was very rude yelling from the kitchen to leave all the while the doors are still open. They make us black folk look bad. Ignorant no class or professionalism.

The younger girl who worked here on Sunday had the worst attitude ever. There were a ton of people inside waiting so I get that it's stressful but that doesn't justify terrible behavior. She was screaming at guests the whole time. Someone asked for a bathroom key and got yelled at and told they couldn't use the bathroom.

They did not have one of the items I ordered so I asked for that item to be refunded and the girl screamed at me. The older lady had to handle it and calm her down. The older lady gave me something for the inconvenience and the girl didn't like that.

I am hard of hearing and the younger girl was calling names from the cook table and I couldn't hear her and she threatened to throw out my food.

On top of that, the order wasn't even correct.

Have been waiting in drive through for 45 minutes and have yet to order. Went inside to order for faster service before hand, seeing there was a line and workers said inside was closed.

Waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. I ordered a chicken Quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. When we finally got the food it had so much of the sauce it was running out the bottom of the quesadilla, tomatoes, lettuce, and barely any chicken. We were late to the event we were headed to and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else for food that was correct. Definitely won’t be back

Keep Lisa on window. She was the nicest, sweetest person we’ve ever interacted with at this location. 1am stress eating because my dog just died and she was the most bubbly, friendliest employee I’ve ever seen at this specific Taco Bell. Thank you, Lisa!
