This Taco Bell is usually okay but my most recent visit was not great. We waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru on our mobile order, received no straws so we had to go back and get them. it seemed everything was in the bag but it was not. Once we got home we noticed that all our ground beef items had been replaced with steak instead. We were not asked if this was okay or made aware of the change. Thankfully there was no allergies or reactions, but as my family doesn’t enjoy steak our meal was still ruined. They also forgot items, as well as poor assembly on most tacos and burritos. I believe they just need more staffing for better service time and quality control.

I like Taco Bell but this particular location never gets it. Crunchy tacos are always broke in the bag, the food seems slopped together with no care. You always have to check your bag before leaving the drive thru. Something is always missing or wrong. You don't dare go inside because the homeless people are not afraid to walk up to your car or table to ask for money and they seem to allow them to loiter on the premises.

Showed up 20 minutes before 2 am (closing time) and no one answered the drive thru, no one answered the phone, I yelled and some guy came out the back door and said they were closed. I told him “you don’t close till 2am!” And he just said “yeah,we’re closed”. Totally poor management, poor customer service, horrible employees. This place is a joke. If you’re gonna close at 1:45, just change your hours to reflect that!!!

This is the worst fast food place in Columbus, within the last couple months every time I order from here I don’t get all the food I paid for or if I do it’s not cooked all way or is soggy and gross. Just a few weeks back I paid for a Crunchwrap and nachos which I didn’t get in my order. Tonight I order 2 chalupas and the shells were uncooked and soggy (tasted nasty) I’ve worked in food for years it really isn’t that hard to cook the food all the way. I have been trying to give this place another shot but after having them take zero care in the work they do I will not be ordering from this bottom of the barrel establishment. Not just me, many other people who stay in the area have been saying the same thing for the past year. Almost everyone I know who orders from here ends up getting cheapskated. This place needs to be closed or everyone needs to be fired and replaced. It takes a special group of people to mess up every order you place with them and then not want to give you a refund. Save your money go to the Taco Bell on Hilliard Rome where you’ll actually get what you paid for.

Have been going to this one forever and this is by far the worst experience I've had. The taco meat was so greasy you couldn't even pick them up. The taco chalupa 2 pack one entire chalupa only had enough stuff in it to make a small bite. The service was terrible even though we were being cool about the technical difficulties they were having.
