This Taco Bell sucks. My last 5 orders have all had something wrong. If I order 2 steak chalupas, they give me 1 steak, 1 beef. If I tell them I want shredded cheese instead of nacho, they use nacho even though they charged me for the shredded. The last time I ordered double beef on my nachos, which I was charged for, when I got home there was maybe 3 tablespoons of beef and that's it and my cinnamon balls had no cinnamon on them and were so hard they were crunchy. Today I got 3 things, a chalupa, nachos, and cinnamon twists. I get home and the twists weren't there. It's always the same two guys too who sound stoned when they take my order. The constant asking me for donations too is getting extremely old. Normally businesses do this for like a specific month but taco bell does it always. I already donate to my own charities, I'm tired of someone asking me for extra money every day just to get my lunch or dinner. It especially adds insult to injury when I open the bag to find out I was charged for things I ordered buy then didn't get them.

There service suck and everytime i go there in the day the doors are locked and can't get food unless I do a drive Thru order and there rude there management needs to be worked on seriously they shouldn't have a dine in area if it's always close that's why I will never go there in the day time again.

absolutely ridiculous. Spent $20 of my money on a place who is RUDE to anyone who even LOOKS at the building. Made a pick up order and when i go in to get my food, no-one is willing to help a customer. The gentleman who "helped" me was asked "is everything correct?" he replied with no hesitation "YES"... WHY IS HALF OF MY ORDER WRONG? 3 SOFT SUPREME TACOS? YALL COULDNT GET THE SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES? SERIOUSLY? BEANS ON THE BELL GRANDE ?? THE ONE REQUEST INVOLVING THAT ITEM?? wild to think these people actually get paid because WHY? they cant even say "HI" to a customer. When trying to contact them about their mistakes... IMAGINE THAT.. no answer. whoever runs this location needs reevaluated and does NOT need to hire anyone else because obviously their hiring skills suck.

The food is food duh, but every time I doordash from here they always forget the avocado ranch, every.single.time. I work fast food and I understand why it's hard to get everything in the bag BUT this is neglecting your job. It's ok for it to happen now and again but every time is crazy. Swear I ordered it and got it one time ever since then nothing. Have yall stopped selling it or what?
I must say- I was a little worried about ordering late night delivery bc of the reviews; however, I made a pretty large order and everything came way ahead of schedule, AND correct and WARM (all the way down to the different amounts of sauce packets I ordered). I am glad I took a chance. Everyone in my house enjoyed their food. Mely from doordash was exceptional as well. Very happy customer here ? thank you!

Bathroom was one of the grossest I've ever seen. The whole restaurant was dirty. No napkins, trash everywhere. The lady at the counter was nice. The burrito was luke warm. I threw it out after a couple of bites because I didn't trust the food after seeing the restaurant.
