Just save yourself the trouble and go to another Taco Bell. If you need to go here, make your order online. They will tell you they are out of most protein (chicken, beef, etc.) but if you tell them about the mobile order and ask them to sub it for steak, they will lament and actually make your food (surprise, surprise, with all the meat included that they said they didn't have). Happened twice in a row now for me. My guess is they are lying to people to get them to go away and cannot get away with that for mobile orders (I'm guessing, since corporate can see that).

Real Miss Frizzle
This was, by far, the cleanest Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. I'm stopped in on my way to work, and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly, the drink station was well stocked and organized, the food was nice and fresh! Will definitely be there again in the future!

This Taco Bell is usually okay but my most recent visit was not great. We waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru on our mobile order, received no straws so we had to go back and get them. it seemed everything was in the bag but it was not. Once we got home we noticed that all our ground beef items had been replaced with steak instead. We were not asked if this was okay or made aware of the change. Thankfully there was no allergies or reactions, but as my family doesn’t enjoy steak our meal was still ruined. They also forgot items, as well as poor assembly on most tacos and burritos. I believe they just need more staffing for better service time and quality control.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. If you’re around the area do not go here. They have extremely rude employees and their service is terrible, not to mention the food is mid. Terrible experience overall

I like Taco Bell but this particular location never gets it. Crunchy tacos are always broke in the bag, the food seems slopped together with no care. You always have to check your bag before leaving the drive thru. Something is always missing or wrong. You don't dare go inside because the homeless people are not afraid to walk up to your car or table to ask for money and they seem to allow them to loiter on the premises.

Showed up 20 minutes before 2 am (closing time) and no one answered the drive thru, no one answered the phone, I yelled and some guy came out the back door and said they were closed. I told him “you don’t close till 2am!” And he just said “yeah,we’re closed”. Totally poor management, poor customer service, horrible employees. This place is a joke. If you’re gonna close at 1:45, just change your hours to reflect that!!!
