Drive-thru service was horrible. We asked a few questions about the new items on the menu and really didn't get any feedback. The double stacked tacos and New Avacado chicken wrap had no meat! And we paid $24 dollars for our food. Totally not acceptable!!!

The service is hit or miss. Some act like taking our order is an inconvenience ever since they added the self checkout kiosk. The quesidillas are by go to but since they've got the cantina menu the regular ones just don't seem to have the same attention it use to have.

Absolutely horrible. Spend 34 dollars and missed half the order. Should have checked it before I left, so I guess that's my fault. Pretty sad you have to check for inaccuracies EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE!!!! With how lingvyou have to wait, you'd think that they'd get it right. Absolutely horrible Taco Bell.

The only way to order in the store is by the menu board in the waiting room. I'm not familiar with ordering on a menu board as from where I'm from we order face-to-face. I felt frustrated and unwelcome and didn't want to continue my order on the board until I got so frustrated one of the employees came and helped me place my order on the board. I won't be ordering any of these restaurants in this location again. I did not like the service that I got in this store.

This location has become such a great place to eat. The management, the team, the food, and the service seem to be firing on all cylinders lately.

They make me feel welcome, and the food tastes so much better when the people create that kind of atmosphere. Kudos to the managers and all team members for what they've created there!

This is by far the best taco bell in Columbus for late night food. My order is always accurate with my many modifications and I get it very quickly here. The taco bells on the north side of Columbus are trash (Pacific Bells runs them) compared to this location. I even live up north but come down south so my order is correct. Don't know what franchise owns this one on the south side but they should take over the north side
