I came thru the drive thru an ordered a Enormous order. I even apologized an laughed .52 items we have a huge family. My wait time was less then IDK the full song of water falls by TLC. Q accurate order professional staff. An excellent experience! Thank you Great
This is not a corporate taco bell and is owned by the same person that owns the alum creek taco bell and both have the same issues. The food is trash, the workers are rude, and they upchage all their items from the other stores in columbus. How can you charge $1-$2 more per item and still have terrible food and service. Used to be a good store but it has gone down hard and quick.
Ordered ahead but still had to wait a while, and then had complications with a substitution we'd requested. They made it right, but it was underwhelming, unfortunately.
First time coming here was pointless, because the food I got was only partially there, among other things. The lady working the window was great though. But that was night shift. Day shift made it right and replaced the order, which was appreciated. I was mad at first on behalf of my girlfriend really, but she and the little one was happy with the service. So thanks.

The store is generally great and if your going through the drive through I'd say it's perfect, but when dining I'd watch out. For some reason the pepsi coming out of their soda machines are always either flat or taste its actually diet pepsi so keep that in mind

Food was great but service not so great, they was understaffed the day i went, i got made to use the kiosk to place my order or I want gonna get one even tho they was taking orders threw the drive threw. Ago because the lead in charge doesn't want to get on the cashier out off laziness. The employees attitudes was just poor. An their daminer was poor also. If yall hate talks job so much or if it's to much work to take a order then they are in the wrong business.
