If you order from here, they will mess up your order every time and will definitely always forget something. This has happened to me 5/5 times I’ve ordered from here. Will never order again.

Paid almost $20 for two tacos and the order was completely wrong, including the add-ons. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of trying to help, I was told they “had no record” of my order, even though it was placed through Uber Eats.
What made this worse was the phone interaction. The person who answered laughed repeatedly during the call and came across as unprofessional and dismissive, as if the situation wasn’t being taken seriously at all.
Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. Between the wrong order, high price, and the way this was handled, I won’t be ordering again.

The food, staff, and atmosphere is just great! Food here is well priced for great potions and generally very well cooked. My wife had some wilted lettuce in a burrito, but it was grilled so that's really kind of expected. It's just loud enough to make the conversation at your table feel private and the wait staff is very friendly and courteous. They will have security here and there, but they took were very courteous and professional only checking me and asking to see in my wife's purse. I'm comfortable enough I take my older kids(14 and 16).

I’ll start by saying the food tastes good. But my favorite part about taco nice is always getting to wrap my own burritos! They basically send a bowl set inside a loose tortilla which falls apart completely when you get it home. Also sending 4 salsas for 6 tacos and a burrito should be a crime.

This is one of my favorite places for food. Have only done take out here.. The atmosphere is very positive and festive... Steake burritos are on point, steak tacos are great. The red and green sauces are delicious, also their salsa is amazing. Highly recommended, if you miss Taco Nice you're missing out.
