The price of the hibachi chicken went from $9.95 to $14.95. Not worth it. We ate in the restaurant and the staff wasn't very friendly. Plus, there were several yellow jackets flying around that the staff did nothing about. Disappointing!

Wont be back, sushi was room temperature. Tried to charge me $2 for a to go container. Ive been coming here lots of years, this little incident irritated me so much i wont be back. Portions are big but the quality is no longer there. Prices are a guessing game. Employees sweeping under the table while im eating. DEAR OWNER, THAT $2 FOR THE TO GO CONTAINER AND THE WARM SUSHI JUST COST YOU A CUSTOMER THAT TAKES HIS FAMILY THERE OFTEN.

Neat place. Counter service with pager pickup. Pad Thai and thai red curry chicken were quite good with generous portions. Spring rolls were just ok and fairly greasy. Good selection of condiments available.

I’ve been a regular at Tai’s for 10+ years. Food is great, portion size is large. However, customer service experience is AWFUL. Friday, July 25th I ordered two entrees and one sushi roll to-go. When I came for pick up, I asked the lady if everything was in my bag. She said yes. I drive home 25 minutes and the sushi roll was not there. I immediately call, and let them know coming back to the store tonight was not an option. They “supposedly” wrote my name “in the book” and I had two weeks to redeem. Not ideal with a week vacation coming up, but whatever. I called tonight, 8/7, and let them know I’m trying to redeem my free sushi roll. After 15 minutes on the phone, they can’t find my name in the book because they were looking for orders placed TODAY, when I clearly said I ordered almost two weeks ago. I am now at the store, so walk inside and the one KID tells me if your name isn’t in the book, there’s nothing they can do. He also told me I was over my two weeks grace period, even though today was only 13 days out….. Very dismissive, did not care to be helpful. I show my virtual receipt of where I ordered the roll, further explain, also let them know a manager was supposed to call me but never did….. this was an awful experience, they made me feel like it was my fault, very dismissive, kids running the front calling each other “bro” and not professional. Sad to say, but probably won’t be coming back to support.

I am so disappointed in my food, I ordered spicy Shrimp Pad Thai and extra spicy Papaya Salad and neither of them were spicy at all. There wasn’t any flavor in the food whatsoever. I’m not even being mean just honest. The only positive out of this experience is the portions are large and the service is fast. But there is no flavor and for me to have request it spicy there was zero spice.

Food was amazing, definitely a good bang for your buck here. My only complaint is parking at lunch time, located in a very busy strip mall, but besides that, I highly recommend you try it!

Completely blew off our $150 prepaid scheduled sushi platter order. It was not delivered and ruined our party. DO NOT trust this restaurant with your party order.

I ordered through the online system and never got Confirmation my order went through. So I called to ask if it went through and they said it was so busy they turned the online system off so no orders would be going through. I gave them my order over the phone and even asked them to confirm I wouldn’t be double charged. They said no. So I went and picked up my food and paid Inside the restaurant. An hour later I got a text that my order went through and got charged again. I called and the phones were busy. I called the next day and they said call back the following day when the manager is in. So eventually I talked to a person about being double charged. The woman said she has no record of the order and refused to fix the issue. I have text messages, and email receipts and got double charged. They still refused to fix the issue.

Food is decent, but their website automatically adds a 20% tip to online pickup orders that is only visible if you scroll to the very bottom of the webpage. Given that you can pay from the middle of the page well above this information, I didn’t see that this was added until after using Apple Pay. I usually like to tip on my pickup orders to support businesses, but auto-adding in a deceptive manner is unacceptable.

Great food, but could do with more variety. For example everything seemed to come with Chinese broccoli, which I love, but mix it up some. I rated the service a 3 because they brought our dishes out one at a time. This seemed to be the case for all of the tables. So perhaps plan on ordering family style.
