Best birria tacos I've ever had, their special hot sauce was fantastic!! Not for the faint of heart and the grilled onions was just perfect!! This is officially my go to taco place in Columbus!!

The reviews are 1000% correct. This place is top tier. I lived in Columbus all the way up until 2022. I moved to Georgia, and have traveled to many states (California, Texas, etc.) looking to find birria that even comes close to Taqueria Guadalajara. I have never found a place that beats them. When I’m back in the city this is my first stop always.
