birthday celebration so we ordered appetizers, meal AND dessert!!! it was ALL absolutely delicious!! the bison burgers were so juicy and packed full of flavor!!! the nachos-scrumptious!! the steak was probably the best steak we have ever ordered out! cooked perfect too!! the bartender/waiter was excellent-he said he was new. we had a fantastic meal and the atmosphere was great! the manager was singing to himself while going about his tasks. 5/5

Food was good. The homemade chips with French onion dip was very good. homemade pickles we delicious, not too strong of a taste. Perfect for my toddler who ate most of them. My family said the bison meatloaf was amazing and the chicken sandwich was perfect. I will say the broccoli was horrendous though. There was a very nasty chemically taste to it which you could not get rid of. The server was very personable and approachable.

I love Ted’s. My family and I have been going to this location since they opened. However, after our last visit I’m not sure we will be going again. We made plans to go to lunch after an event at Nationwide - we had a reservation for 1 PM, and were a bit early (20ish minutes) but were totally fine with waiting. We were standing at the front - no one else was waiting, when a server walked by and said “we will get to you when we can get to you” and kept walking. Not friendly at all, and not what we have ever experienced but figured she must have been having an off day. Another server walked up and said “three?” - I started to explain we had a reservation but were early and he cut me off saying “yeah a bunch of people had reservations and came early” - grabbed the menus and walked away without saying anything, then turned to indicate we should follow him. he sat us at a table, didn’t say a word and walked away. after five or so minutes the bartender finally came over to take our order. she was rude and short with us, like we were somehow doing something wrong because she had to take our order. She was very inattentive- our drinks sat without refills, we had to stop her to ask for the pickles (which she acted like was the most inconvenient thing to get), and never asked how our food was. we tried flagging down multiple servers and who I’m assuming was the manager to get refills, to no avail. we weren’t even given a kids menu/ activity despite having our toddler with us. when the bartender finally came back over, it wasn’t to follow up or ask how everything was, if we needed anything, but instead dropped the bill off. We were flabbergasted at how awful the service was - even though the food was great, the staff was AWFUL to the point I never want to visit this location again. the restaurant was busy, but not full, and there was not a wait. it seemed like they might have been understaffed, which just shows poor management. there was an event at nationwide that ended at lunch - the restaurant should have been better prepared honestly. would recommend avoiding if it’s going to be busy at all, or just going to the Easton location.

I was taken against my will for my birthday (introvert here) and was pleasantly surprised by the chill atmosphere. The food was decent, and they even offer some vegetarian options which I did not expect to find. The sole reason for the 5 stars, however, was our amazing server, Tawni! My group is generally a handful when dining out, but she managed to make the evening a most pleasant and rather enjoyable one. She was kind, patient, easy to communicate with, and so knowledgeable about the menu. I don't see how anyone could have been better. Thank you, Tawni!! You deserve a bonus!! 😄

Service sucks especially since it next to arena it should have better service and the place needs to be bigger to accommodate their guest and the food needs to be better so they can get more customers to want to come.

We came into town for a cheerleading competition and the menu looked amazing so we called in a to go order at 515 they said 45 min to an hour, ok no problem. I got there at 6 pm. I told the hostess I was picking up a to go order she told me to stand right next to her at the counter by the bar. She didn’t ask my name and I work in the industry so I thought maybe she thought i was PLACING a to go at the bar. I stood there for 22 minutes and had to get a bartenders attention because no one was acknowledging me and I saw my to go order sitting in a bag behind the bar. Finally I got his attention my total was $56. We got three cheeseburgers and a chicken tenders. The burgers were so salty to the point where your lips burn we could barely eat it. I’ve never left a bad google review in my life but I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. We will not be back.

We have come to this location a few times and the service and food is great. We did try the Easton location and the service was the worst we’ve ever had at a restaurant so I think we will keep coming to this one. We have had a different server every time at this location and everyone was great. Paris was our server yesterday and she was by far the best!
