Rachel my server was absolutely amazing and tentative. Let's get the one positive out of the way. The hostess who sat me was extremely rude and it felt like I wasn't welcomed there. The food took a while to come, and it sounded like the table next to me waited a very long time for their plates as well. There's no way their country gravy is homemade and the biscuits are nothing to write home about. It might have been an off day, I understand that, but I will definitely not be back.

Between the waiters taking smoke breaks during your meal and stale coffee you’re better off going to McDonald’s or skipping this place all together.

I ordered a half and a full barnyard buster. The hashbrowns were over cooked and the biscuits were hard. The take out containers melted to the hasbrown and we couldn't eat the food. This is unacceptable.

09/23/2024 - First time visiting this Tee Jaye’s Country Place for breakfast and the experience was good. It was not busy for a Monday morning. I ordered their Classic Breakfast Combinations (3 eggs) with bacon, hash browns, and wheat toast. I also ordered a coffee. Everything was good. The service was friendly and prompt. The decor is dated, but comfortable. The carpet is also dated and on this day missing a vacuum. Parking out front and on the side of the building. Decent prices.

I had Tee Jay's in the past but didn't like it but decided to give them a second chance, however I was still met with disappointment. The waffles I received were very dry and bland even with the butter and syrup. The waffles had burnt flakes on them and I tried to pick out as many as I could to remotely eat it. They did however give me the extra butter and syrup like I asked, so theres that. I understand you can't please everyone but take my criticism and maybe think about the food served, thank you.

Visited this location for the very last time ever about 2 months ago. Have actually always enjoyed the place. But when I was there most recently, one of the employees took a phone call, turned out it was from the manager who was out of state on vacation at the time. But he called them to say he was watching them over video from his vacation and thought they weren't working hard enough. Absolutely creepy and disgusting, I will never support this place again, and I sure hope they get a new manager. No one deserves to work for a person like that.

This is still your small hometown restaurant. The food is great. Service is great. With all the homeless and drug use in the area, this restaurant still allows all their hard-working people in this area to use their bathroom. The girls don't have to help us out, but due out of the kindest of their hearts. I live 1 hour and 45 minutes from this place, but I am working in this area all the time, so it's worth tipping them to allow us to use the bathroom.
