I felt the staff was working as good and as fast as they could, but insane that we sat a very long time in between people coming to our tables and carving the meat for us. We eventually flagged some of the men down because it was taken so long.... What we did was very good and we were able to just eat the fish from the salad bar that was also very good. My daughter graduated from Ohio State University and that was why we went there for a special occasion. I don't know if the $200 bill was really worth it.

Took a long to get ordered drinks and a ridiculous amount of time to get the check... food was really good but for some of it the servers did not know the kind of beef they were presenting to you... which was just a little frustrating if you were trying to get something specific

This was my husband and mine first time , but the others have been there before. I enjoyed the different kids of meats brought to the table, and the lobster bisque soup was to die for. Our waiter was so good in explaining everything and being there when we need something else. I believe we will be back for another special occasion. This one was our sons birthday, and when the dessert came out the had wrote happy birthday which was so nice. It was an experience that I will never forget. And for the kids they were so happy with the food as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back.

It was all wonderful but a little overcrowded. Could have used more space to walk around to get my plate from the buffet. I felt like I was bumping into seated people. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

I think this restaurant was good overall. I had high expectations from things I had heard but I think it was a little over hyped. It was an okay experience but I would not need to visit a second time.

When we arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday we were asked if we had a reservation. We did not. I then checked their website and was able to make a reservation online for 8:15. While we waited in the lobby, they turned away another couple without a reservation. I shared with the couple about online reservations and they did the same. Once seated we enjoyed the food and drinks a lot. The service was excellent too. Be sure to arrive hungry!

A fine experience overall. I think it would be helpful to receive a list of the meats being served and a description of each one. For instance, if I had known that a bacon-wrapped filet mignon was among the selections, I would have by-passed the "regular" filet.

This was my third visit. My server was slow and not as attentive as I would like. Water glasses were not filled promptly. It seemed we waited 10 minutes after a request. The meat people did not make sure everyone was served before leaving a table. This is an upscale restaurant. You would expect the service to be better. I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. I expected the dessert to be complimentary. It was on my last visit. I was disappointed with this visit.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. However, this was my first time at the restaurant. Our service was very nice. During our meal our server spilled sprite all over me. I know things happen, lucky it wasn’t dark drinks. However, I am 7 months pregnant and not only did no manager come over and talk to us but no discount was given. Not that I am untitled to one but if I’m spending $200 I’d rather not have drinks spilled all over me while the whole restaurant stares. I will not be going back.

We made reservations and were seated promptly. The salad bar is extensive and we enjoyed most of what was up there. The goat cheese terrine, asparagus, artichoke hearts, and hearts of palm were our favorites. The meats being served table-side were in abundance and even stopped by when your card was red and even while we enjoyed dessert. Then it became a joke and we were laughing with the staff. Some of the meats were too chewy and we couldn't eat it. Our waiter was a bit busy with other tables so we waited for refills, plates to be taken away, and for the dessert tray to be brought. All in all it was a good experience but a bit too pricey.

Did Uber Eats, was very good. Steak still cooks while in to go box, so order rare or med rare.

Never been and when we were sat down we were asked what we wanted to drink and then just told to go to buffet and meat will come. We didn't know what to get or how this would work, we didn't know any prices, we didn't have any options. Just go to buffet and eat. We were hoping for a more intimate meal and instead we had people coming up to our table asking if we wanted meat even when we had our card turned to RED which meant no more! But they kept coming up and so they kept interrupting and I had to ask for a water refill a few times. I asked for butter at the beginning for bread and they never brought it. Was very expensive for 2 when I got cold meat and no refill on a drink and interrupted multiple times. Would rather have gone to The Top or Hyde Park for a good steak and more intimacy. However we tried it and won't be back.

Typical Brazilian Steakhouse. If you have ever been to one, they are all about the same. If you haven't, GO! It's well worth the experience and the cost. The food is extremely good.

Disappointed with service and the quality of the meats. Most of the meat was way over cooked and dry, food bar has no fruits on it. Service was not satisfactory neither.When you’re paying top dollar, you would expect the service and quality to be better and higher, unfortunately neither was.
